锺廷森招逾10外资 注资拯救美佳钢铁

（吉隆坡3日讯）为了解救面对亏损进一步扩大，以及深陷债务困局的美佳钢铁（Megasteel），母公司金狮（LIONCOR，3581，主板工业产品股）主席兼董事经理丹斯里锺廷森正积极与外资洽谈，以便为公司注入新的资金。
市场一直认为锺廷森没有尽力解决钢铁公司面对的问题，但他近日接受财经日报《The Edge》访问时表示，只有邀请投资者注入新资金，才能够拯救美佳钢铁。
政府拒保护钢铁业
此外，他正与亚洲超过10个外资洽谈，主要是来自印度、日本、韩国和中国，从中寻找白武士协助美佳钢铁解决问题，不过，大部分仍处于洽谈阶段。
“我们仍在与一些外资洽谈。实际上，假设大马政府无法保护钢铁领域，外资不会愿意投资在无法赚钱的领域，因为国内钢铁制造成本比中国高，导致中国廉价钢铁进口大马。”
锺廷森进一步表示，外资对该公司有正面的回应，因为拥有好的设备和成本架构，但问题是，大马比中国缺乏竞争力，而我国政府也不愿保护钢铁领域。
他强调，政府的保护依然是让钢铁业者止血的唯一方式。
一年亏逾10亿
锺廷森表示，在很多国家，如美国、印度、印尼、泰国和部分欧洲国家，政府仍施加保护措施，扶持钢铁业。
不过，他说，政府不认为该集团“受伤”。
“我不明白，我们在一年内亏损超过10亿令吉，我们甚至无法在每个月达到10%市占率或2万吨钢铁。”

沒錢付裁員賠償金‧美佳鋼鐵強制150人減薪50%

（吉隆坡9日訊）美佳鋼鐵（Megasteel）以沒有足夠資金支付裁員賠償金為由，從今年1月起削減150名工廠員工一半薪水。
據《南洋商報》報道，金屬業僱員聯合會日前發表文告指出，該會已針對此事，向工業庭投訴，但至今似乎無迅速解決問題的跡象，所以將於11日率領600人，前往位於萬津的美佳鋼鐵有限公司抗議。
據該會總秘書G.拉惹瑟克蘭透露，這是大馬鋼鐵業史無前例，減薪幅度最大的一次。
他說，儘管該會已提呈種種證據及實例詳情，即原本2000令吉月薪的員工，一夜之間被減薪至1000令吉後的苦楚，但工業庭依然緩慢處理。
他說，“我們建議他們以裁員賠償來取代減薪，好讓這些員工在未尋獲新工作期間維持生計，但他們以‘沒錢’來拒絕這項建議”。
他說，當有關公司被詢及何時恢復正常薪水水平時，也答不出個所以然。
據悉，美佳鋼鐵由於面臨財務危機，在調薪的前三天才通知員工減薪50%，並且強制執行。（星洲網）

这是非常不好的现象，Inventories对钢铁公司极其重要，
1亿6千5百万是极其不利的。

长期债务13亿7千万。
短期债务3亿。
股本负14亿4千万。

相信每个人都想知道这些贷款来自那几家银行，
我也很想知道，不过没有资料。
现金剩下一亿左右。。。。

怎么救？
1）再度消减资本，但是已经没有资本可以消减了。。。。。
2) 跟银行融资， 不知道有银行肯借吗？
3）注资。也许可以， 但是中国的钢铁集团更想买下来。
开价太高？ 之前就有传闻价钱谈不容。
政府允许卖吗? 1 Malaysia Mega KL 也卖了一半，应该会允许吧。
大不了卖了，然后开放大马钢铁业给东盟, TPP。

So today (1st April 2016) will have big announcement or not??

Sharkeatapple, agree with u that lioncor can request for extend but high percentage bursa will not entertain if summit request after the due date. as per request by Lioncor extend until 31.3.2016,this 31.3.2016 is requested by Lioncor, if request for extend again, then really wordless , correct ?

if no any Regularisation Plan announce by today, Bursa Securities have the right to suspend lioncor on 8th Apr 2016..right?
