我很想知道金獅機構（LIONCOR，3581，PN17公司）的重組計劃進展如何？業務前景如何？


答：金獅機構是因子公司美嘉鋼鐵的巨額債務而陷入PN17行列。該公司原本在2014年10月25日或之前，呈交重組計劃給相關機構，惟較後申請延長呈交重組計劃期限。

金獅機構在2015年4月1日最新宣佈指出，尚在等待大馬股票交易所，對其延期申請的決定，以便能夠將重組計劃呈交給各有關當局的期限延長至2015年6月30日。

至於業務前景，綜合該公司資料，業務前景不甚樂觀，主要是外國出口商持續進行傾銷活動，使本地鋼鐵市場的需求停滯不前，而旗下產業領域取得較好表現。

政府在2013年2月1日推出新的鋼鐵政策後，惟本地鋼鐵市場情況沒有改善。市場預期金獅機構營運環境保持挑戰，特別是不負責任進口商沒有減少，使鋼鐵產品進口持續增加所致。

柏华嘉重组计划近敲定

（吉隆坡26日讯）持续亏损的柏华嘉控股（PERWAJA，5146，主板工业产品股）指出，正针对重组计划做最后调整。

不过该公司指出，截至目前，所拖欠的负债和利息，还没有任何显著的进展。

该公司今日向马交所报备，会在近期内宣布重组计划的细节。

负债累累的柏华嘉控股，前年获政府的企业债务重组委员会（CDRC）出手相救，与债权人协调债务重组计划。

该集团持续跟其他柏华嘉钢铁的债权人协商，以敲定各方可接受的重组方案，进而改善集团和柏华嘉钢铁的营运，以及让柏华嘉控股脱离PN17公司行列。

印度预计到2015-16财年成为全球第二产钢国：印钢协预计，到2015-16财年，印度粗钢产量将由当前的1亿吨增至1.125亿吨，届时将从目前粗钢产量第四，提升到全球第二大产钢国。

新华网吉隆坡1月12日电 据马来西亚《南洋商报》报道，中国政府2014年12月31日宣布，自2015年1月1日起取消含硼钢材出口退税，马钢铁业界对此举表示欢迎并称“松口气”。

　　马钢铁协会代理会长方天兴表示，含硼钢材在马市场非常普遍，中方此次取消硼钢出口退税，预计从中国进口的含硼钢材价格将上涨。该举措将对马钢铁业产生深远影响，不仅可提高本国钢铁业在国际市场竞争力，还将为其提供公平竞争以及发展空间。

　　报道称，中国之前对含硼钢材9-13%的出口退税优惠，重挫马本地钢铁工业，让本地企业无利可图，此次取消出口退税带来利好效应预计在三个月后逐渐显现。

　　马钢铁工业联合会公布数据显示，2013年马钢材消耗量达1005万吨，增长12.6%，其中进口钢铁占700万吨，进口自中国的钢铁产品就占了26%，预计2014年马钢材消耗量将增长6%。（新华网）

中取消钢材退税利马商 本地业者松口气

（吉隆坡4日讯）中国政府去年12月31日宣布，从今年1月1日起取消含硼钢材的出口退税，预料从中国进口的含硼钢材价格将上涨，这不但纾缓本地钢铁业界的压力，也有望从中受惠。

马来西亚钢铁协会署理会长丹斯里方天兴对《南洋商报》指出，欢迎中国取消含硼钢材的出口退税措施，这意味着大马钢铁业竞争力提升。

“含硼钢材在大马市场普及化，因此，随着中方取消含硼钢材出口退税，对整个大马钢铁业影响层面很深远，一直饱受打压的本地钢材商也有望可喘口气。”

他说：“除了可提高本地钢铁业在国际的竞争力，同时让本地业者有发展空间，同业可公平竞争。”

在我国市场，普遍上含有硼元素的钢材，主要是圆铁、花铁和钢卷。

百盛控股（PARKSON，5657）以约9296万令吉，向Ayer Keroh Resort收购2项资产。百盛控股指，这是配合在马六甲兴建购物广场的计划。上述2幅将名为“金狮城市置地”(Lion City mixed development project)的土地，拥有综合面积29.22英亩，有意作为综合发展用途。百盛控股表示, 这些计划将辅助百盛控股在马六甲发展一间购物广场的目标，因金狮城市置地策略性位于一个指定作为综合发展用途的黄金地段

這間parkson欲興建的購物商場，應該就是傳聞已久的melaka festival mall吧，Lion City mixed development project 位於pulau melaka，propwall.my對pulau melaka的形容如下：

pulau melaka used to be a abandoned man-made island, which is expected to get boost after the completion of new shopping mall。身為馬六甲人，我可以很清楚的告訴大家，時至今日，pulau melaka以廢墟來形容也不為過，許多2005年被慫恿買入店屋的投資者，至今早已流乾眼淚，現在有開門營業的店屋少於5間，政府承偌的計劃都以失敗告終，如：malaysia-eye theme park(之前承偌2014年chinese new year營業，至今沒有任何消息，我也看不到進展)

只要你問任何一個馬六甲人pulau melaka是否值得投資，我相信你得到的答案是100%如下：“你傻的meh?錢多沒地方用？”只是令我不解的是，parkson竟把pulau melaka視為黄金地段。


以目前的現況來看，pulau melaka根本不值得投資，可是pulau melaka需要一間購物商場起死回生，pulau melaka需要parkson更甚於parkson需要pulau melaka，只能說parkson真的是瘋了！！

可是很多富豪都是瘋子，不是嗎？
