Total cost after conversion only 22.5 sen compare to buying mother 24.5 sen gain 2 sen.

Bought OR @1.5 sen, will subscribe for rights shares by paying another 21 sen, ie.total cost 22.5 sen per share, as the rights shares also entitled to the 2 sen special dividend !!!

If exercise OR what is the problem? Immediate gain is 2 sen after conversion. Coming 2 sen dividend means more gain.
