Crashing of crude oil price is the fundamental reason for the drops of SONA price. If you look at the price range from 15/12/14 till1/1/2015, SONA remained firmly in between 0.395 (lowest) to 40 cents, and continues to pick up till 45 cents at least.

For a SPAC company to remain strongly at this price despite oil price crash, SONA is considerably good already.

Sona will be very careful with every acquisitions they endeavored. By terminating Salamandar is consider a reasonable move. Nothing to be surprise about. They still maintain on Bualang.
So, it's still a go price to enter SONA...my 2 cts.
