I'm thankful for your online friendships and generosity for sharing your moving stocks. I have spoken to a friend last evening and we were talking about how a Remisier who doesn't have the courtesy and manners over the phone.

She experienced being slammed on the phone by the Remisier during unfinished conversations and his uncontentment to share the details of certain stocks.

I really salute my friend for having to go through all this and YET, not a single word of anger from her with this Remisier. A person's patient does have a limit and I hope this so called Remisier will treat another human beings with some respects and dignity.

For my own experiences, I feel, I don't want to dwell in depth with the bad experiences I've had been through.

Believed me, when I said, that I asked my Dealer yesterday, " I hope, I am wrong, but why do I keep feeling unhappy with the services provided by the Dealers in the stock market industry?
Are they lack of customer service relationship skills?"
