oil low becoz saudi willing to accept low price to maintain market share. strategy is to kill of US shale oil industry. when operating cost high but global oil price fall then high cost oil producer will close shop. thus killing their competitor which is shale oil producer. once the competitor is gone, i expect those arabs countries will increase oil price. they can, because less competitor ady to compete with them.. then we will see oil price escalating again... the strategy takes time, but important for long term survival-ability of arabs oil producers.
