those who buy now at the market at RM5.12, can they take up the rights issue? or are they eligible for share split?

if price of Yinson during the share split is RM8, does it means RM8 + RM2.20 (right issue 1 for 1) = RM10.20 and divided by 4, which will be RM2.55 for each? wonder if Yinson will drop further.

Is it possible some parties are trying to accumulate huge lots before rights subscription? what are the rights issue price? anyone here has idea on the expected range of share price after it split? thanks
