Ppl were laughing at me when I bought at 34-34.5cts. They said its going down below 30cts. The whole RI exercise would be useless then.

Thats the reason why i bought at 34-34.5-36cts after i bought earlier at 58 cts before the RI announcement.

For those who are not familiar with Rights Issue (RI). Here is briefly what it is.
The proposed RI is 3 for 5 at 30cts. Meaning, if we have 5 Sapnrg shares, we are entitled to subscribe 3 rights shares at 30cts each, even though the share price at that time is 60cts. Not everyone can buy at 30cts. Only those who have Sapnrg shares and willing to subscribe the RI. If the share is trading at 60cts and you get the chance to purchase at 30 cts, don't you want it?
After the ex date, they will adjust the share price based on the current price, say 60cts and the RI price of 30cts. Say 45cts. This will be the new trading price. So, those who subscribe the RI will benefit a lot. The higher the current price, the higher will be the new adjusted trading price. So, the RI is actually a good thing for the shareholders provided the current price is not at par or below the RI price of 30cts. Thats is why I keep on saying all this while, if they want to make ppl subscribe to the RI, they have no choice but to push up the current price to an attractive level. If not, the whole exercise will be pointless and will not achieve its target. Ppl might as well buy from open market which is cheaper rather than subscribe to the RI.

Shahril is not as dumb as we thought. He made rm90 mil today. Apart from rm200k daily.

Everything is a scam to squeeze out money from ikan bilis. They pushed down until could not go lower than 33cts. Collected a lot at 34-34.5cts. Then push up the price back to 50cts. They stand to make billions along the way at the expense of the ikan bilis.

Don't buy/sell based on what ppl say. Its our hard earned money. We make our own judgement. We buy when we feel its already ridiculously low and sell when we already make substantial profits. From my experience, listening to ppl always make us lose money.
