A few questions need to be answered.
1. Why did they suspend the counter before the recent announcement made?
2. Why didn't they suspend the counter when they announced something crucial like the RI. They let the value dropped by almost half.
3. Why haven't they announced the EGM date yet?
4. Why didn't they get E&P listed but instead they want to sell 50% off to foreigners.
5. Why is the price not going down after the news is out? Normally ppl will throw when the news is out like before.
6. Why was no statement made by the CEO when his market cap went down by almost half?
7. Are they waiting for the Qtr report to be out before they announce the EGM date?
Mr CEO pls answer all the questions....pronto!

They will try anything to push up the price before RI. The Qtr report should be better than before. Thats why they wait until results announced before fixing the date for EGM.

Now they have a big brother that can look after them. PNB may not be so happy because they thought they would be in control after the RI exercise. Now the CEO is taking control of the ship while he still can. He purposely wanted the price to hover around 34 cts so that he could scoop up all the cheap shares from the jittery ikan bilis. What a brilliant move by the CEO. Now he can subscribe the RI at 30 cts with ease.

I told you before. Surely they will try to push the share price before the RI. The Qtr report at the end of the month should also be better than before. That will also push up the share price. I hope I'm right on this.

I think its a good move by Sapura. More or less like a merger with giant overseas company. Should be well received by shareholders today.

If he had sold off everything when it was rm4.80, he would have made rm 4.46bil. Thats what I'm saying. If he had sold off everything now, he would have lost rm4.46 bil. The fact now, he is not losing anything as yet. Everything is just on paper. His 'losses' are not realised yet. In fact he is making 200k everyday from Sapnrg.

If he is getting 200k per day, it takes 62 yrs to recoup his losses of 4.46 bil.
Meaning, he has no choice but to boost his share price in order for him to get back his losses of 4.46 bil.

Shahril's paper loss ~ RM 4.46 Bil as of today's price.

Looks like its already at its lowest and doesn't want to go any lower. Maintaining 34-34.5 cts.

Sapura doesn't want to go lower any more. Maybe this is already the lowest. Lets just see.

If they manage to push up the price above 30 cts before RI, say 45 cts, then those who subscribe to the RI will make a lot of money. The story will then be completely different. I suppose PNB will surely try to push up before RI. They also want to make money.

Don't believe whatever Shahril says. He will know his fate once PNB takes over. After all he is not invincible.

Announce projects also make no difference at all. Should sack Shahril.

Qtr report end of this month. Lets see when they will announce the EGM.
If EGM after Qtr report means results are better than before.
