2) Yamato Holdings Limited (Japan): 22.86%
3) Singapore Post Limited (Singapore): 11.63%

The above 3 entities controlled GDEX's 73.547% shareholdings. Would have increased their stakes further if they exercise their free warrants from recent corporate exercise.
