尽管财测已纳入来自金宝车站的部分贡献，但应该还是偏向保守，因为该车站的面积比怡保阿曼再也综合车站（Terminal AmanJaya）大8倍。

我们看好霹雳运通的垄断业务、核心业务盈利强劲增长，及金宝车站的长期潜质，因此维持“买入”评级和34仙目标价。

（吉隆坡6日讯）霹雳运通（PTRANS，0186，创业板贸服组）派发红股及凭单的建议获投资者热捧，股价站上自去年10月上市以来最高价，全日大涨1.5仙或5.36%，收在29.5仙。

霹雳运通今日交投活跃，有3329万8400股成交量，盘中一度最高涨2.5仙至30.5仙。

霹雳运通建议以10送1比例发送至多1亿1429万股红股，再以每两股送1张凭单的比例，派送最多5亿7147万张凭单。

艾芬黄氏研究指出，霹雳运通的建议似在筹集金宝巴士终站的建设成本1亿2800万令吉，对于该公司的市值仅有3亿2000万令吉而言，该成本价相对吃重。

该行指出，假设凭单行使价为23.5仙，最多可筹集1亿3400万令吉。

尽管5亿7200万张的凭单过多及料稀释每股盈利，不过，艾芬黄氏相信，利空消息有望在金宝终站于2018年第四季投入运作后获得抵销。

艾芬黄氏预计，2019年的净利料按年增长51%至4180万令吉，而本益比也有望从11倍下跌至7.7倍。

不过，艾芬黄氏对于金宝巴士站的盈利贡献预测相对保守，因为该站的建设面积达48万平方英尺，远比现有的Amanjaya综合公共交通终站大上8倍。

艾芬黄氏认为，霹雳运通的业务在怡保属于垄断业务、在现有核心业务下，有望带来强劲盈利及金宝巴士站可带来长期的潜在成长，因此，维持霹雳运通“买进”评级和目标价34仙不变。

该公司透过文告指出，发行红股主要是为了透过扩大股本来反映公司现有运作规模及改善公司股票的流通量。

红股计划将从公司的股票溢价户口和保留盈利户口中融资。

红股计划及凭单全面转换至母股后，霹雳运通股本预计将从1亿4294万8000股扩大至18亿2871万7000股。

上述计划预期在今年下半年可完成。
