KUALA LUMPUR (May 8): Censof Holdings Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM7.5 million for the maintenance of application, hardware and licence renewal for the Inland Revenue Board's revenue accounting system or eRAS.

In a bourse filing today, Censof said its wholly-owned unit Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from the board, also known as Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN).

Censof said the contract is for three years starting from Nov 19, 2017 to Nov 18, 2020.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Censof said its board of directors expect the contract to contribute positively to the group's future earnings.

Shares in Censof closed unchanged at 39 sen today for a market capitalisation of RM200.68 million.

（吉隆坡4日讯）前称方正的PUC集团（PUC,0007,创业板贸服组）预期发电厂作出全年贡献及科技业务取得成长下，2017财政年营业额可取得双位数成长。

该公司董事经理兼首席执行员张嘉洲在媒体汇报会上表示，公司发电厂业务已经在去年第三季投运，全年可取得120万令吉的经常性营收。

张嘉洲此前为该公司非独立非执行董事，是前董事经理张家杰的胞弟。

询及是否有意竞标更多的发电厂合约时，首席策略员张志伟仅表示，公司今年初参与了发电厂竞标活动，虽然无法得标，政府若有开放相关招标活动，公司未来仍会参与竞标活动。

收购Enovax获463万合约

2016年报显示，P U C集团营业额按年跌5.93%至2575万3000令吉，净利则走高30.94%至289万5000令吉。

张嘉洲表示，公司今年收购了新加坡科技软体方案及服务商Enovax公司，以拓展科技及广告媒体业务。截至2016年杪，Enovax手持463万令吉合约。

张嘉洲补充，纳入Enovax及发电厂全年的贡献，预期今年可取得双位数成长。

针对公司手握2张借贷执照及电子付款业务方面，张嘉洲仅表示，目前公司尚在探讨借贷执照用途。

张嘉洲说，电子支付业务方面，公司目前依旧是中国拉卡拉公司在大马独家代理，该系统主要是方便中国游客支付，未来中国不少支付系统将进军大马，且中国政府管制外资资金，公司将胥视变化，再制定该电子付款业务策略。

拉卡拉是中国网络财务服务和电子商务公司，拥有中国人民银行提供的付费执照。

询及各项业务贡献比例时，张嘉洲说，媒体广告业务贡献公司93%营业额，余下则来自再生能源、金融服务及电子支付，期望未来各项业务的贡献幅度可取得平均，但不设下任何年限。

张嘉洲也表示，未来人们的生活无法脱离“数码”（Digital），因此公司涉足科技广告媒体及电子支付业务，可从中攫取机会。

PUC group managing director and chief executive officer Cheong Chia Chou, who will be supported by a key management team, will continue to helm the company.

"We are optimistic about the future growth and potential of PUC as we continue to build on the company's technological prowess and competency which will be a driving force across all of our business," he said at a media briefing today.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 2): PUC Founder (MSC) Bhd announced a slew of boardroom changes today, together with appointment of its group managing director Cheong Chia Chou as group chief executive officer (CEO).

Chia Chou, 41, took over the post from Hiew Wai Yoon, 42, yesterday (May 1), after the latter's resignation took effect on the same day to make way for a board with a majority of independent directors to improve the group's corporate governance standards.

Chia Chou, who has a master's degree in computer science from the National University of Singapore, is also the founder, director and major shareholder of Pictureworks Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd, which has operations in seven countries and is headquartered in Singapore.

Together with Hiew, PUC Founder's executive director Cheong Tze Wai, 36, also quit his post for the same reason, according to PUC Founder filings on Bursa Malaysia.

While Hiew will assume the role as group chief commercial officer, Tze Wai shall focus on his role as group chief strategy officer.

Another new appointment is Lee Pei See, 41, who is now PUC Founder's chief financial officer. Prior to joining PUC Founder, she was the financial director for SEEK Ltd’s Asian unit, SEEK Asia Group. Lee has about 20 years of experience in finance-related functions.

All new appointments are effective May 1.
