Aiyoyo...If cum rights go down to 40cents then RI would have to be priced lower and hence more shares have to be issued both for rights and for acquisition. Circular will have to be re-worked.

Not to say it can not happen;an uninsurable event(act of god,war etc)can cause this but whole market would also be affected by then.
CF's and M bankers have already worked out their minimum /maximum scenarios before issuing their ann.

In a RI exercise with warrants...the higher the cum price the more attractive the warrant becomes.
Assuming new warrant conversion price to be 0.40cents(same as rights) and wanting a XRI price of 55cents the cum price should be 70cents...
This is a model only...you decide..(see how many can calculate??)
