When I mentioned about DIVIDEND, no one respond... I think most of people opportunists.

I found no reason to sell DNeX, those should worry are opportunists

So, i'm expect DNeX will announce dividend at lease 0.5sen per share upon FY2017Q1 report announcement, i think that's why all rush to buy mother instead of son.

besides all the future prospect, the nearer excitement is results of FY2017Q1, management is promise to set a DIVIDEND policy (directors themselves need dividen to pay thier loans) , MD promise AT LEASE 20% profit & 30% Revenue growth for FY2017 AND MD said there will be a DIVIDEND payout by PING to DNeX by 2018... enough good news?

Many shareholders thanks MD & management at the AGM, maybe most of them were trapped since time engineering era, and MD repeat many time that DNeX is no longer GLC like time engineering b4. All question answer well by MD & team, no question were end with unhappy answer. I can see the confidence of shareholders that DNeX will be shinning star soon.

if FY2017Q1 with EPS around 3sen, sure DNeX will rocket up maybe until PE 10 to 15... let's pray... kikikiki

A shareholder asking why director want to increase so much their fees despite EPS 11.5 FY2016 only give 1.5sen dividend... Chairman said they will look into the matter... Datuk Samsul also said they need dividend to pay for loan interest... so DIVIDEND maybe the main focus for shareholders, that's why son can't fly like mother.

Cheers everybody ;o) MD also can't answer why WD can't go up recently when asking by some shareholders outside meeting today, but he did said he loaned to acquired the 130mil shares, so he will need to pay interest... good dividend may payout for FY2017, i think that's the reason.

MD humbly predict there will be at lease increase of 20% Profit and 30% Revenue for FY2017 compared to FY2016...

MD also mention loss in DOSB in FY2016 is due to mainly depreciation charge & manpower costs, FY2017 will see good revenue from DOSB... and it's a strategic acquisition for DNeX to enter the Provision Directional Drilling/Mesuarement industry, and DNeX is the local pioneer which compete with other 3 international company, DNeX won 2 minibids from 6 minibids offered to bid by Petronas Carigali SB.

MD also mentioned there's possible to get VEP contract on Thailand for car entry from Myanmar etc

AGM end with all agenda voted above 98%. All shareholders leaving with happy face.

DNeX will move to new office in Cyberjaya, will save on rental cost, FY2017 will have much less impairment loss.

all shareholders are happy, MD and managements answered all questions.

no one ask for bonus issues, but management promise to come out a dividend payout policy asap.
