jacklok: by expectation, i in developer line. My company always order tiles from Hap Seng subsidiaries, MML Tile. Their revenue and net profit this quarter should be very good as expectation. You can refer Bursa for their consistent dividen pay every 2 quarter since 2005. I will always hold a fews lot of Hap Seng for long term.

YTL fall from 1.9+ to 1.8+, because investor afraid YTL in low cash position if win the London Stansted Airport by Joint venture with MAHB. Now they lose the bid ady, YTL price should rebounce back to 1.9+ as previously.

Suggest to buy YTL instead of YTLPOWR, because now YTL not need to make a rush decision to privitize YTLPOWR, most probably they will rise up YTL. A 3 lot YTLPOWR to 2 lot YTL share swap is expected.
