AT Precision Tool already bought and hold Trive since 2019 (9% stake?) . Not subscribing for right and collect free warrant will be a bigger lost. Gloves are still in high demand for another year or so , but buying into a glove only company can be pricey , although their price are dropping now and could be a little risk. It is up to individual investment preference . Now , if to hope for sudden limit up as how it happen mid 2020, it will only a dream. But for a year or 2 or longer term investment , if price drop to individual target level , keeping some can be good too, as it will be on a positive QR for the few coming report.

If AT wants to raise further funding via PP, SIS or ESOS for the new proposed plant at Larut Matang will need to implement share consolidation to reduce NSOH. Do not see any other options unless can secure other sources of financing which will come obviously with strings attached

So at current price , what will be the RI price ? What will be warrant exercise price? I do not think it can stay at this current price for this proposal work .

Which biz will announce who their buyers are ? Similar like all other biz, glove biz are competitive too. Only few big buyers and price sensitive. Demand was up due to pandemic and it might last for the next few years or will never end due to new norm.

No buyer ? or production or certification not ready to roll yet ? Get the fact right.

Be when price up, you sell , then start to shout and talk nonsense , looking forward to buy back low. Then missing for a while after collect . After a week later become promoter hoping price go up. Then sell and on and on.

If you believe AT will produce glove and glove have a market in future , even after the pandemic . Then it doesn't matter how low it drop or how high it goes.
