Why compare AT with Careplus and rubberex ? AT have other existing biz sector (which are generating revenue ) and not a glove manufacturer alone. Before producing glove , AT share price is not at zero value . AT is a newly build glove factory , with updated tech and production cost are not comparable. Even between careplus and rubberex , we cannot compare them , both have different earning , they just make same products. It got nothing to do if AT still an ACE counter , when fully certified and running at full glove capacity , then it should also reach mkt cap of 1.2 to 1.5bil , so 0.30++ or even 0.50 is easily achievable. ( Running at Full glove capacity ) .

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 9): Kanger International Bhd’s unit, Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co Ltd, has entered into an agreement to lease the AutoCity Building in China to Ganzhou Jiache Automobile Trading Co Ltd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kanger said the building in the Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone will be specially outfitted primarily for used passenger vehicles in the mid to high-end market segments.

“The agreed-upon monthly rental income from the building between Dec 1, 2020 and Nov 30, 2024 shall be Chinese yuan (CNY) 969,959.88, at a monthly rental rate of CNY24.00 per square metre; and between Dec 1, 2024 and Nov 30, 2040 the rental income will be CNY1,050,789.87 at a monthly rental rate of CNY26.00 per square metre,” said the investment holding company.

The building has a total floor area of 40,414.995 square metres, and the duration of the lease agreement is 20 years, effective Dec 1, 2020, it added.

I don't think government will give FOC every year or on follow up dose. AND not everyone will wait for government free shot . We have to wait till March , but the time it reaches us , a common citizen may be towards 2nd QR , 3rd QR or 2021 end ? So if there is private supply of vaccine , pay with own pockets , many will opt for it. Singapore already have the vaccine (Of course still limited for selective taker) .
