Assuming SD has RM 200 Million as standby , it can support 1.5 billion shares through treasury purchase on the average price of RM 0.130. On that basis, LD is believed to be unlikely for at least today...

It is very likely that they are supporting the treasury purchase using the compound of RM 16 M. With 16m, they can support 123 m shares on the average of RM 0.130. Hence , the resilient support should be in the range of 0.130 - 0.140 . LD is unlikely to happen today

It is noticed that the demand in support is about 75 m shares which need about RM 10 to support on the average price of 0.135. It is believed the Company is supporting this range through treasury purchase. on this basis, it wont be LD but will go up after selling pressure is off .

As said, the share will not appreciate beyond 0.30 for the obvious reason. As noticed ,the Company is consolidating the shares at the region of 0.135 -0.140 on average.

Treasury purchase with 10m- 20m standby to support. Afterall , its conned money. The shares purchased through treasury can be sold at higher price later on assumption that the share price has gone up ( very unlikely ) .

In case the share price has dropped ,the loss realised or not through treasury purchase shall be borne by the Company. Dr.K and the gangs got nothing to lose but continue to resort to treasury purchase by using the company money.

It is also the fact that one of the world largest O & G service provider has resorted to falsification of audited accounts and has been found guilty through compound by default. Do you think the World want to continue to use them ??

Dr.k and his gangs must have been trying to convince others that the share price will go up after regularisation plan,which is expected to be approved under the new SC Chaireman at their disposal. Since Dr.k and his gangs are purportedly believed to be able to manipulate judiciary , they should have no problem to resort the same to SC under the direction of the new chairman.

it was never the intention of SC to impose the compound which was indirectly created by ACG following their change of mind to accept the LR of SD. That s why i said SC reluctantly accepted the compound imposed by ACG through the making of ACG

No criminal charge was pressed by ACG as initially agreed with SC , only the choice of compound was left to SC ,who reluctantly accepted this option , which was " indirectly and impliedly preferred and created" by ACG.
