I strongly believe rm1.4 is an easy 1st target price to hit.

As MBSB consolidate in rm0.9 for 4months, i also believe rm1.8(+/-10%) can also achieve in 2018~

For MBSB and Airasia case, from the technical, it called as triple line of reverse bump and run. it is a bullish sign.

For bearish stock to bullish stock example, you can refer to AIRASIA.

Aug2015 ,share price bottom RM0.8
Oct2015, share price top RM1.6

it complete turn into bullish stock with just 2 months.

agree with LOO99. The scenario now same with august2016. This breakup consider finish and need to consolidate for few months. Those miss the boat can re-enter again with next breakup~

Aug2016- RM0.7 ---> Rm1.06 (~50%gain) , period 5months

I strongly believe it can touch rm1.4 for next coming breakup~
As long bearish stock turn into bullish stock. It must double from the bottom and rest for while.

sound like IFRS 9 is good move for all. It can amplify difference bad lender and good lender.

明年减值拨备7.4亿

马屋业预计减值拨备规模约为19亿令吉，截至2016财政年上半年已筹措8亿6300万令吉或43%，剩余的57%中，3亿7000万令吉会在2016财政年下半年拨出。该公司计划2017财政年再拨备7亿4000万令吉。

大马投行估计，该公司净减值贷款率将从2016财政年首季的3.1%提高到次季的3.3%。

From the technical chart, there are sky high volume on August and the chart is double bottom. So it is >50% that MBSB will climb up!!

Btw, i see good on this stock. Airasia chart previously also like this. Big volume on bottomside and climb up!

Revenue increase from 169m to 179m and Gross Profit also increase from 18m to 19.5m. It is a good sign.

EPS is lower than previous quarter because:
1. ESOS 800k
2. other operating income decrease around 4.5m

I see good on luxchem and believe luxchem will hit my expectation in this year!!

this quarter revenue sure will more than this figure as last 3 quarter revenue already over RM160,000,000

calvin. the share price already drop alot with this nestle news previously.
So, it potential to drop is less than moving upward.
With it high dividend, i believe it can go to hit Rm1 above.
