As Rakuten Customer Service Told me they say OR Wil Be in at 3rd Dec . So i guess it should be OR 1st.

I Guess Is OR 1st Only RI on 7th dec. Cus I Guess OR Is thier 1st Priority . as long as the price still above 0.10 we are safe.
