So, its good to assume PE 6 to PE 9. For now, we just take PE 6 which will bring us to RM12. like i say, stay invested until next Q result

Staedy, forecast is just a forecast. there is no accuracy. Oil price can be volatile. most market will expect USD45-50 in 2021. But a lot of things can happen. What it OPEC+ failed and Russia and SAudi go fro a price war again?

Finger cross RM10 forst. Then u want to sell, go ahead. Then wait for next Quarter result. If good, aim RM15-18 depend on results. If oil keep on increasing due to internation flights resume, i think it might even be next top glove. RM20-25

Lets say Oil price does better than expected due to economy reopening and US concentrate on solar power..renewable energy. IF oil goes above USD60 per barrel. Guess what it will do to hengyuan profit?

Now question is how much its worth?
just base on 10 years historical data. Average PE of 9.
EPS of 51 cents should worth about RM10.
Next quarter if EPS hits RM1++, it will go up to RM18. That's almost confirm

i already start talking about this stock when i bought it at 4,18. Do not sell. Now only pick up. look at 1 year horizon. Dont look at today tomorrow.
Hengyuan rebound from all time low oil price of USD20++ and now its 45. Next quarter almost confirm profit will continue to increase. So that gives us about 6 months gaurenteed earning.

Before next quarter result out should reach rm10 to rm12. That's the fair value for eps 51 cents coupled with good sentiment on oil
