Look at Harta. It already released its Q2 result. It only increase by 120% or so but its PE is maintaining at 125 or so. Come on....want to talk about Potential earning? Then Duopharma with sustaining profit with PE of 40++ (as of now), is consider expensive? Health sector PE is exploding.
What we know is going to happen is Vaccine is going to be distributed to the whole country. This is confirmed. Gov might not make it compulsory but who do you think will want this vaccine? 1/3 of the population maybe? So its abut 10 mil. 2 doses per year = 20 mil anuually x (profit) = ?????
Not the best calculation, but will give us a ball park figure

If u look at technical chart, the RSI is only rising above 50, bullish and its not even near overbought yet.
Also i might see a ascending triangle. testing 3.5 several times and higher low

It's consistent earning n profit margin. Stable. Is 30++ PE expensive? Maybe... but for a potential vaccine distributor...PE 50 maybe also justified. Glove already PE 135. U say leh? Simple maths

hahaha, so fast sell?? now only started la....i bought at 3.09 when writting the comment above. Previous high is about 3.5. Then it consolidate at RM3. Now it only started to move...i almost certain will challenges previous high RM3.5 and then go to a new high, RM4-5?
Where got correction pula. Now only ngam ngam want to break out from consolidation phase....hahaha
But ok la, as long as got earning consider good. But for me, i will hold even up to next year already.

u see the run up from RM1.xx to RM3.5, had been consolidating at RM2.8-Rm3 for a few weeks d. I think second run up is just going to happen. with vaccine news coming in hot, no doubt, i think will easily hit RM6. First is the "goreng" factor. Just by having vaccine news, will go up to RM4-5. PE usually will double without even earning yet. Then when come real earning, i think can hit RM6-8.

The reason y glove stocks react to all negative news is because it had already factor in all the good news. Hence the rally. So every slight negative news will bring the price down. Today glove closing is not strong.
I think might have another sell down tomorrow before rally again I guess.
Maybe rm12 for harta n rm19 for top glove?

There are also Russia n China vaccine in the race. Therefore there won't be shortage of good news on vaccine n this is the risk of glove stocks

Report of vaccine progress is not a lie. It is in the news. Human trials already started.
So the risk is that suddenly some positive news came out about vaccine... then ppl will start selling

Jamie, look at mother, not WB. Mother is RM1. Coming off from RM0.4. And you look at the graph, I think its just the first day of sell off. Usual trend is take 3 days for major sell off. Then fluctuate and slowly the volume start to thin off. then its no more a active goreng stock. Then investors just slowly sell off
