Target price revised to RM4.5. So far so good on the recovery

comparing y-o-y, net loss of -2 mil vs net profit of 9mil. Q2 is always lower than Q1 in trend, with Q4 being the highest profit. Q2 kind of slow down this time

Net profit again at close to RM9 mil

babyzebra, research house normally wont show shareholders position changes. Sometimes they do but You can find it thru your online trading system or The Edge. I found out when I read the edge, there is one page where they list shareholders movement. That's when I saw it.

Yes, PE and EPS is definitely the foundation. Gtronics PE is already hitting >20. With semiconductor expected to do better this year, PE 15x is definitely not a problem. 5.4 will be a reasonable price but I am looking at each of its quarterly reports. as long as it is hitting EPS 7-9 cents, no problem getting to RM5 ~ RM6

R1 = RM5, R2 = RM5.5, R3 = RM6 (this will be the strong one if it gets there)

After checking, the Net Tangible Assets is 3.91 after Q1 2014 result. Thus, 1.5 price/book value will see the share price at RM5.88
Technical resistance suppose to be RM3.7 but seems like, its broken. Next resistance will be at RM5 base on 5 years chart.

Yes yes, thanks for correcting, 4.5 my calculation base on its operating cash flow. Price to book of 1.5 should see the share price around RM5.7
Q1 2014 EPS is around 9 cents++. This is quite equivalent to 2011 performance when MPI is trading between RM5-RM6. Looking forward to Feb quarterly report on its net profit.

Nice uptrend. 3.8 at its net tangible assets value. If looking at price to book ratio of 1.5 ... price should be 4.5

If you look at the 5 yeasr chart, MPI is actually trading at RM10 - RM11 in 2007-2008. and RM5-RM7 between 2010 and 2011. Will it return to its glorious days?

It all depends on its coming financial report. This quarter profit is more than last 4 quarters combined. Coupled with stronger USD, we can safely assume profit for next quarter. bought at 2.9 and hold till now. this stock previously trade at RM9. 3.34 is still a good buy. Near term target is RM3.8 by research house

AA has one of the highest foreign holdings, and with the fed tapering beginning, outflow of hot $$ is expected especially in Q1 2014. Dollar is expected to continue to strengthen due to better economic data in US and of course, poor financial status of Malaysia. Near support level that i see is at 2.0. If 2.0 turned resistance, then its bad news. How about AAX?

Close at 1.0 at its support line, can go either way. If up, suggest rebound, if down, new history down price. AA drop as well
