Bro - how come you said the proposed price by KLK is lower than the actual value?

I read in the disclosure at Bursa that the book value of the shares for IJMPlantation (cost of investment) is at 0.8M and the disposal is at 1.5B. This resulted in a gain of $0.7M.

About the KLK shareholders, this is an owner controlled company. Their shareholdings is not as fragmented as IJM. It seems funny if KLK would propose and then, retract.

The risk is probably not passing through the AGM at IJM. But this is a good deal. Why reject?

Anyway - the share price dropping represents a good chance to enter. But i wonder if it can drop below RM1.70?

Why are the funds disposing IJM shares especially in the light of such good news?
