亞洲媒體獲批轉主板

　（吉隆坡5日訊）亞洲媒體（AMEDIA，0159，創業板貿易股）轉板建議獲馬證交所首肯，計劃完成后將從創業板轉移至主要板貿易服務。

　該公司在報備文告中指出，已于今日接獲馬證交所來函通知批准轉板，不過需在2個交易日內發佈轉板上市招股書文件、刊登廣告通知轉板，並透過馬證交所報備正式轉板日。

　亞洲媒體為國內最大流動電視供應商，去年8月宣佈有意從創業板轉至主要板交易，提升股項價值。

　當時該公司總執行長兼創辦人拿督黃世凱認為，此舉有助提高投資者購興和關注。　

　當時報導指出，轉板計劃的確為公司帶來利益，但必須補充的是，公司本身也在穩定成長。

受惠英子公司国油合约 鹏达集团盈利看涨

（吉隆坡2日讯）分析员指出，鹏达集团（Pantech，5125，主板贸服股）将继续受惠于英国子公司收益和国油释出的合约，未来盈利展望可期，近期股市下滑将是买入此股的大好良机。

鹏达集团最新业绩报佳音，截至2012年11月30日的第三季，净利扬升50.97%至1561万3000令吉，归功于油气领域的强劲需求，以及英国Nautic钢铁较大的贡献。

侨丰投资研究指出，鹏达集团在英国的投资开始坐收丰收成果，2013财年首9个月收益更增长77.9%。

“我们看好鹏达集团将继续乘搭油气领域的上涨趋势，加上不锈钢业务将在下财年作出净利贡献，以及Nautic钢铁的客观收入，公司收益有进一步上涨空间。”

分析员建议趁低买入鹏达集团，1令吉的目标价格根据2014财年9倍的每股盈利预估。

产品平均售价上调

同样对鹏达集团持乐观展望的达证券，随着公司第三季业绩高于预期后，决定将2013至2015年的碳素钢产品平均销售价，从之前的每吨2200令吉调高至2400令吉。

Nautic钢铁方面，全新自动化系统在2013财年首季投入运作后可提高产能，新管理层也将在第三季到位，巴西的油气工程需求和工厂规模拓展活动，将继续创造更大收入。

据了解，鹏达集团超过80%销售业绩，来自油气领域。

分析员同时将2013财年的贸易营收预估，从18%提高至20%，对2013至2015财年净利的贡献也提高介于1%至3%。

獲利超預期‧馬屋業財測調高

（吉隆坡4日訊）馬屋業（MBSB，1171，主板金融組）2012財政年核心盈利表現超預期達3億9千370萬令吉，亮麗業績續烘托其前景發展，僑豐研究上修其2013年財測9%。

受良好業績表現及高派息消息激勵，馬屋業今日一開市即高開15仙至2令吉41仙，並一度來到最高價2令吉46仙，爾後漲勢不再，緩緩走低至2令吉39仙收市，漲13仙或5.75%。

馬屋業2012財政年營業額漲60.86%至9億7千萬令吉，淨利上升37.58%至4億4千670萬令吉，若將該公司排除脫售資產所獲5千540萬令及的一次性賺益，核心淨利按年躍升22.2%。

僑豐研究表示，馬屋業的業績表現主要受回教金融業務激增87%所帶動，而其中貸款業務獲50.8%成長更是首要功臣。

管理層的2012年貸款增長目標為20至25%之間，然50.8%的增長超越了他們的預期，儘管呆賬比率也同時提昇了11.2%，惟整體資產管理尚屬良好，存款率也增長了59.1%，使公司的存貸款比例（Loan-to-Deposit ratio）維持在112.9%。

“相信管理層將維持其強勢貸款成長，我們對馬屋業2013年與2014年貸款增長目標分別維持在20%及15%。＂

料擴大企業融資

僑豐研究指出，馬屋業計劃將個人貸款、房屋貸款及企業貸款在其貸款業務組合中保持均等比重。去年該公司因積極提振個人貸款業務的成長，目前已佔66.3%比重，而房屋貸款與企業貸款比重則分別下跌至13.1%及20.1%。

“因此我們估計該公司在今年將著眼於擴大企業融資部份，或特別針對公司尚未觸及的教育與油汽領域企業融資。＂

綜合上述看法，僑豐研究上修2013年財測9%至4億4千870萬令吉，以及公佈2014年財測5億1千760萬令吉。

馬屋業建議最終股息9仙與特別股息18仙，進而讓每股股息達33仙，周息率15%。

僑豐研究維持馬屋業“買進＂評級，並將財測基準年份延至2014財政年，而把目標價從之前的2令吉81仙調至3令吉15仙。（星洲日報／財經）

Perisai is on an aggressive fleet expansion. Management is thrilled about its profit growth this year, catalysed by the purchase of a 51% stake in Lewek Arunothai, which marks Perisai's maiden venture into the FPSO segment. Next year, the company is set to hit a new milestone by entering into the drilling segment.

Enjoying a reversal of fortunes, management is scouting for more regional work in markets such as Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Its current fleet consists of 14 newbuilds from its fleet renewal programme that was completed in 2011. Perdana is set to add two new assets, namely a work barge and a work boat, as it bids for the HUCC packages.

Management is optimistic of its growth prospects this year. Management’s strategy is to secure more long-term charters to ensure better rates and shield it from the volatility that comes with spot charters. It is also determined to get its vessel utilisation rate up to at least 86%. The rate fell to as low as 70% in 2011.

As noted previously, investors are awaiting the EGM. Once the vote at the EGM is completed, Scomi group true color may appear.
I would keep my rating on the stock as 'sell into strength. However, since this is a stock for looking on time to time investment basic of business outlook, should look out to buy it if it drops to the support level as noted lower.
