（吉隆坡16日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工業產品組）從造船業務跨足鑽油台業務，料可從中取得更高收入，分析員看好該公司有望獲重新評估。
肯納格研究指出，沿海工程收購首個升降式鑽油台（jack-uprig），顯示其商業模式從目前的“建造並銷售”，轉變為“擁有資產”，因此應可取得更多重複性收入，目前該公司盈利起伏不定，胥視船只訂單而定。同時，該公司的賺幅有望擴大，因升降式鑽油台可享有25至35%淨賺幅，相比目前賺幅每年介於15至25%。
沿海工程的股價近期已迎頭趕上大市，但肯納格相信這仍未全面反映該公司接下來的催化因素。其它岸外油氣資產擁有者的本益比介於10至15倍之間，例如貝利賽（PERISAI，0047，主板貿服組）本益比為12.8倍、環境海事資源（ALAM，5115，主板貿服組）為10.1倍、柏達納石油（PERDANA，7108，主板貿服組）為13.1倍，雖然這些公司有更多資產在手，但沿海工程目前在9.4倍本益比下交易，其高達6.9%至30%折價不太合理。此外，合順（UMW，4588，主板消費品組）旗下油氣業務即將上市，相信購興可能擴散至該公司。
根據肯納格調查，目前東南亞共有45項升降式鑽油台合約（包括大馬的17項）即將於2013年中至2015年屆滿，由於商機處處，沿海工程應可爭取到一些合約，同時其升降式鑽油台是全新的400英尺（本區域大部份升式鑽塔為300-350英尺），這進一步增強其優勢。
肯納格表示，沿海工程將會是鑽油領域上漲趨勢的贏家之中，同時已被市場忽視太久，即將獲重新評級，該行將其本益比估值從9倍調高至12倍，目標價上調至3令吉87仙，同時保持“超越大市”評級。（星洲日報／財經）

大馬散裝貨運（MAYBULK,5077,主板貿服組）料於明年初為持股21.23%的聯號公司PACC岸外服務控股（POSH），完成新加坡上市計劃。
首席執行員郭孔光昨日在股東大會後說：“我們已採取必要步驟，還得看時機是否恰當，會在獅城上市。”
分析員認為，一旦PACC岸外服務控股（POSH）上市，將給予大馬散裝貨運重新估值的潛在動力。
大馬散裝貨運2008年以2億2千100萬美元（6億6千300萬令吉）或每股6.50美元（19令吉50仙）向太平洋航運（Pacific Carriers Ltd）收購21%股權，主要目的要以至少每股6.50美元讓POSH上市。
若POSH不能如期在5年內上市，大馬散裝貨運能以8.125美元或溢價賣回股權。
郭孔光說，POSH目前有100艘船艦，包括造2艘半潛式居住船舶，資本開銷超過6億美元（13億令吉）。
他說，上述船舶約於今年至後年交貨，船運業前景如旭日東升，POSH未來幾年前景看俏。
他指出，岸外船艇業前景受看好，主要是預期各大油氣公司將增加現有產能，同步也將增加鑽油與維修保養的資本開銷。
他說，2012財政年營運出現虧損，但受其他投資與岸外活動抵銷，得以維持盈利動力，今年前景仍具挑戰性。
“散裝貨運料上行，繼續增強船隊，目前有7艘更大而具能源效益新船隻。

大馬散裝貨運需求增
興業研究指出，自2013年初開始，散裝干貨指數開始呈漲勢發展，其中大馬散裝貨運旗下艦隊多數的巴拿馬極限型船（Panamax）和輕便極限型（Handymax）獲得良好需求支撐。
根據世界最大海運經紀商克拉克森（Clarkson）數據顯示，巴拿馬極限型船盈利已達7千800令吉，創下10個月最高水平，縱然散裝貨運前景改善，費用將不會在短期內顯著復甦。
2012年湧入市場的新船艦數量創下新高，令全球散裝干貨船艦按年增長10%，超越散裝干貨需求增長的7%，但今年供需缺口有望收窄，貿易需求和新增船艦將分別走揚5%和7%。
不過，油輪供需失衡問題較散裝干貨市場來得輕，因全球經濟復甦推動原油需求走揚，今年船艦供應僅增長3.3%，而需求則回升2.6%，相信運費有望改善。
有鑑於此，興業研究維持領域“中和＂評級，主要是預見多數船運領域供過於求情況將繼續拖累運費復甦，業者獲利前景依舊不樂觀，而大馬散裝貨運有望趕搭散裝貨運潛在復甦便車，為領域投資首選。
