yeah. I think people worry about Tun. M son who involve in Petronm. To me, one MNC company will not close down or bankrupt due to a person.

hi littleshark, bingo. You just explained the red trend for today.
chong, yes. Inari share price.
2013-04-30 09:58 | Report Abuse
The mother share price after the Ex-date should be
(4x0.70+0.36+2x0.38)/7=0.56 (Assume Inari close at 0.70 day before Ex-date)
Correct me if i'm wrong.
So bad that I bought at 0.705 yesterday, should has wait till today and reload again at 0.68. Anyway, if believe it will be supported at 0.7 and could march further to 0.8.
Just my humble opinion.

No criteria. As I said I'm relatively new in stock market, I only start to look at one particular counter from the recommendation from forum or friends. Analyse it myself and buy at my own risk. We can not detect all the potential share in the market since there are too many.

Actually I'm still very new. Just trying to learn from time to time. I started my investment journey last July. I missed many good gain last time due to my short vision and greedy mindset.
Example:
TDM: my average was 3.47. I sold at 3.55 for quick profit even though I know this is a very good company. End up it take only two to proved that I was terribily wrong to play short investment with my limited capital. This stock shot to 4.60 (peak) in two weeks time. Painful experience.
MBL: Bought at 0.93. Sold at 0.965. After 1 week, shot to 1.03 (peak) plus dividend.
PWROOT: Bought at 0.975, sold at 1.03. Now price hanging around 1.60.
Too many bad experience for me of short investment. Therefore, I swear to myself I won't let that happen again.
Anyway, just to share, my current profile:
PETRONM (Should go above 3.00)
MUDAJYA (Seem at very tempting price now)
Anyway, just my humble opinion. Buy at your own risk.

US32 millions ~ RM 110 Millions. Just a small size company to me. Many malaysia Ace market company already can hit that capital.
Rm 110M seem a lot to us, but for a business, it is just a Kacang.

yes i did found before, very basic website only. Just google for Amerton Global. Got branch in Fhilippines, China and US so far.
One of the rumour I heard from inari staff is inari now is overloaded with the work. Therefore they need some other side branch to support them.
Don forget, Johor branch Inari will open up soon and I forecast it should "suck" some sales from Singapore due to our CHEAP labor and currency.
Also, not to forget, Inari share are 70%+ hold by the board members. I can't see any reason why they want to junk it before they got Inari send to the first league (first board) and make them a great return. So before the first league, I think I will stick and keep this share, after the promotion, we will see from there.

As expected. Going to close at 0.72 today. Let's march to 0.8 tomorrow.

Woo, great gain for you pilindo.
iafx, to me this company has no or maybe less exposure to smart phone. Inari just to diversify their business core in "opto-electronic" field (covered by Amerton). in the mean while, Inari still contribute on the cell phone line with at least 20% growth?? or maybe more each year according to previous record. Which is good enough to cover the dilution. As long as Amerton did not losing money, Inari itself could be able to cop with the dilution. It will be added advantage if Amerton can contribute.
Of course, if Amerton is losing money, then of course different story. My point here is, as long as Amerton do not losing any money, Inari itself already can provide a very good growth for the company.

I assume the report will look good due to the Samsung S4 and htc one. Of course not forget the Iphone 5 even thought Apple profit dropped.

Hi benhctan, Rm0.70-Rm0.009~Rm0.69.
Hi iafx, I fully agree. 0.9ct seem too optimistic, after dilution, the dividend per share should goes down as expected, assumed that Amerton has contribute ZERO profit to the organization. On the other hand, after the dilution, mean we get the right issue which increase our number of shares (assume we take the right). Therefore, the dividend we get should almost the same as long as Inari has good profit.
If Amerton is losing money, then that's another story.
2013-04-29 16:14 | Report Abuse
benhctan, can you please further explain your calculation?
0.9ct dividend still give 1.2% net dividend at price of 0.7. If 4x 0.9ct per year, we got 5.1%. This is just the revenue and dividend calculation according to Inari on its own. Amerton not yet into picture.
Can explain this why? Would like hear your opinion. Why end result might not be good?
"Giving Rights 1:4 so ex RI 0.70=0.63 (rights at RM360) X-RI 9/5/13Price for free warrant still not counted, end result might not be good."

why you scare? you bought at very high?? For long term, this counter should allow you to gain (at for 1-2 years). Beyond that point, i'm not sure.

Hi Chong5126, yes, you are allowed to buy the 2500unit with the price of 0.36 + 5000 free units Warrant (Exercise Price 0.38).
Remember, although the price of the new right and the so called FREE warrant seem cheap, the stock price will be adjusted accordingly after the Ex-date. Therefore, you didn't really gain from the right issue, you even need to pay little bit more on the commisison and stamp duty. It is just allow you to accumulate more share on this counter.
huayang, with all due respect. I'm agree with what you saying. However, if that's your principle, stick to that since every individual will have their own style of profile and portfolio. Anyway, thank for your kind advise and opinion.
2013-04-29 09:47 | Report Abuse
chong5126, original inari share 0.3x is under estimate the inari share price. Inari was worth more than 0.3x at that time by looking at its PE and Dividend.
we are not sure how the new Amerton perform, however with a great management from inari, i believe it will perform well as well. Cross finger. A good horse won't be good without a good rider, same for a good company won't be performed without a good management.
So far, I still keep accumulating, I worry that before the Ex date, my bullet already gone and I have no more to purchase my right..haha. March to my first 5 digits profit today. :)
Should easily hit Rm1 if they upgrade to 1st board.

Yes, just buy when you see it goes below 1.10.
2013-04-28 08:36 | Report Abuse
chong5126, just read the quater report every quater, as long as Inari produce a constant revenue, hold it and take the dividend.
when this share hanging around 0.3X, the dividend of 0.009 sen gives roughly ~2.5% return. So each year you get +10% return.
if the Amerton can provide a great revenue as well by +300% (300% from the news, for safety margin we only consider 200%), then Inari should be able to give 0.018 sen each quater for dividend, If the price hit 0.8, we should still get at least 6-8% return from the dividend, which is still very good.

Anyway, I wish I was wrong again this time and it could goes higher indeed :).
2013-04-26 18:53 | Report Abuse
hi pilindo, honestly i don think 30% left in the market now. ha. 70% is something recorded by bursa, there are many hidding accounts out there own by the inari insider ppl. lol.
we are so happy with only few thousand, but those ppl are thinking of few million gain.
Anyway, what the price do you expect inari to reach before the Ex-?? I think it could reach some where around 0.8-0.76
2013-04-26 18:37 | Report Abuse
chong5126, honestly I do not know and no one could predict the trend perhaps?
I personally thought that it will swing around 0.6 awhile before rocket shot again to allow me to collect more. However it just proved that I was wrong and in return, I need to buy more at higher price (higher price doesn't mean you losing, just you might gain less compare to if you buy at lower)
After the Ex-date of the right, price will DEFINITELY go down, however if you buy after the right issue, you buying some share that has less value in it cause the ordinary share already increased.
Example: In a village, there are 100 Jagung seed. Each of the jagung seed cost 0.50sen. However one day, the leader of the village trying to bring 100 more seeds into the village and give to the seed each seed holder according to 1 to 1 ratio. Therefore, due to the fact that now the village has more seeds, so the value become less since it is no longer a rare material. So the value of each seed become 0.25sen.
So if you hold 10seeds initially, meaning you own Rm5 (0.5x10) of seeds. After you get another 10 from the leader (RIGHT ISSUE), you now got 20 in total, but the price of each seed become less, so you still own Rm 5(0.25x20) of seeds. However, if the weather and the soil of the village is very good (Good business and revenue for the company), then by having 20 seeds you can plant more Jagung trees than 10 seeds, so in return you will gain more when your Jagung (products) sell to the market because you now have more Jagung to sell than before. On the other hand if market is bad, no people buying Jagung, then how many seeds you have also same=die.
So in short, buying before or after the right is the same. With same amount of money, you get same amount of share before/after the right issue.
However, if the company is doing good in the future, more share in share and lower stock price will make you gain more.
Example:
Person A: 1000 share at 0.300 sen.
Person B: 2000 share at 0.150 sen.
both of them invested Rm300. However, when the respective stock price increase by 0.10sen.
Person A will gain 0.10x1000=Rm100.
Person B will gain 0.10x2000=Rm200.
So if the company is doing good, you gain more if you take the right issue since you got more share now. Samething, if the company is doing back in the future, you die faster then before as well. No pain no gain brother.
2013-04-26 17:11 | Report Abuse
I think it will shot to 0.80, just my humble opinion. current NTA for Inari is 0.2X, after disgust the Amerton, 300% increase for current size, plus a new plant at Johor will launched soon. This will further "suck" the business from Singapore.
One of the main customer for Inari is Avago, i think more than 70% of Avago project will head to Inari. One of the main product from inari is the RF chip which widely use in the cells phone including Iphone4,Iphone5,Samsung S3,S4, Notes and so ON.
To me, as long as the cells phone line is growing, Inari will be growing.
one more scenario to take not, very large portion of inari shares are hold by their Board members.

Ic, thank wyzwong. In short, if we confident and trust that the company will doing better with the money taken from the right issue, then we should take our right. Or else, we just sell it to someone else.

hom3boy, the price of the right issue is announced by the company. Please check the latest announcement.
chong5126, I'm not 100% sure as well since I'm new in stock market also. That's the reason why I put out my calculation here and wait for the real pro to comment.
I'm currently trading under nominees account, so for nominees account, I do not need to do anything but pay small amount of admin fee and the bank will sort everything for me. For direct account, i think you need to fill i the form and pay to the company for the right issue. Correct me if i'm wrong.

This share will be listed in the Main Market in the near future. (From some internal sources)
2013-04-26 10:35 | Report Abuse
chong5126, it means if on 8th of May 2013 (Ex-date), you hold 1000 units inari share, then you have the right to buy another 250 units right issue (at RM0.36 per share) plus 500 warrants (Exercise Price at 0.38) will attached together with the 250 right issue.
Anyone know how to calculate the Price of Inari mother share after the issue of the right and warrant?
My calculation:
If Inari mother share close at 0.65 on 8th May 2013
Then on 9th May 2013, Inari mother share will be started to trade at:
[4*0.65+1*0.36+2*0.38]/7=0.530
Correct?? After my calculation, I found out that if I sell all my share at 0.65 on 8th May, I will earn slightly more than if I take up my right to buy the right issue+warrants and sell again at the same price 0.65. Any pro here? please correct me.
Stock: [INARI]: INARI AMERTRON BERHAD
