It is not the price of oil that dictates the share price movement of skp. It is the profitability of oil companies. Companies order more explorations equipment and facility because they have more profit. Whether oil go up or down is secondary issue. Are skp clinging a lot of major international deals or they mainly rely on Petronas and Vietnamese or Latin America deals. In evaluating skp, you should evaluate the deals they get and mostly from who? Of couse, if they are getting a lot of deals from richer benefactors then its share price is going to go up. Or else, it is already a company with a larger share capital, small deals are not going to keep growth growing that much, becareful lol! Ithink they are getting the majority of their deals from Petronas and if Petronas is having some difficulty of its own, that is something we have to look at.

Oil price drop doesn't necessary going to impact the edible oil market. You can always not drive a car, but you can not goreng sayo without edible oil. The palm oil is the cheapest as a ingredient for all edible oil. If you are eating at home, you probably will use corn oil, sun-flower oil, and etc. But if you are doing business, to reduce cost, you definitely are more likely to choose palm oil. Ibelieve the price of palm oil will have at least 2 years of volatility and it will go up to RM2500 per ton and stay there more permanently as more improvement are seen in the world economy. Oil slide improves economy in general. The oil slide will assist the palm oil sector and not hurting it is my opinion only. As humans, guys or girls, we all also like to do the love things, no matter when, that is why population can only increase in the long term. This is growth for palm oil too!

Do you know how rich man become very rich, they mostly help themselves by helping others. No doubt they are providing better quality service to you but that is only because they are willing to take more risk than other people and this explains the huge borrowings and share capital of this company. After that they start to sell their risks to people at high price to reduce their own risks. They have high shareholdings in this company because maintaining the share price at a high level and they only have to sell very few shares away. It goes up and down all the time, that is because going up is easily to get your attentions and sell shares to you. For the buyers sake, they push up the price for buyers to accommodate to buyers' likings. Poor people always like to buy expensive things to make themselves feel rich. But I hope we don't become this kind of people by buying their expensive stuffs from them to make them richer. They are rich and expensive that is their business. Likewise, they are rich because they know how to market themselves and sell their expensive stuffs to people. Learn from them their wisdom but don't try to become one of them by following them. If you want to become rich, do it your own way, you don't become rich by chasing after rich people to buy things from them I hope is a fact to all of us. Mr. KWTAN, what am curious about what do you think.

You should not be fooled by share price and those profit figures the company presented to you. The share price can be propped up easily (just 140 million share capital company) and the profit figures can be manipulated by selling shares.

During IPO, the company issued shares totalling 140 million at price of RM1 per share, this implies that your initial capital is 140 million.
Retained earnings at 31st Aug 2014 stood at 204 million. If you minus the two, what is left after the initial capital is 204 million - 140 million = RM 64 million.

What does this tell you? After spending 140 million in 2005 during IPO, the company only retains 64 million of profits right now over a life span of 9 years. This means profit per year made after dividends is 9 million.
With initial capital of 140 million, the company retains 9 million every year for 9 years or 6.4 per cent annually (9 million/140million * 100).

The company's actual growth in RM dollar value that is retained in the company is only 6.4% every year since its IPO from 2005. Bear in mind this is very low because your assets are shares and they fluctures in value according to market performance.

Due to stock fluctuation, that is why he set up a fair value adjustment reserve or margin of safety account that registers 85 million (at the equity section). Even with the margin of safety, the growth rate over the 9 years that is still retained in the company is (64 million + 85 million)/9/140 million*100=11.8% per cent annually.

This is not such a so good company that you think it is, annual growth retain in the company is basically only 6.4% in RM dollar value over 9 years . It probably will have to rely on keep selling assets in the future is what I think if there are no miracle on the stock market.

Tan Teng Boo and his fund managers hasnt' does very spectacular jobs over the 9 years. His success is mainly relying on publicity and self-proclaimation.

He is mostly selling company assets only. After all the good assets have been sold off over time, he doesn't need to care about the company anymore. The payment of employees are 21 times more than shareholders on a person-by-person basis. That is maybe why he is carrying only about 1% of company shares and paying so much money to employees. He is making an exit in the future probably after the company money that are not used to purchase shares are paid out handsomely as rewards to the employees. I think he is betting that the market turns sour in the next few few years for as long as possible so he gets to do very few things and collect good salaries until the company's funds dry down.

In 2014 Annual Report, the total money paid out to shareholders and employees = 16.1 million. (Dividend is 9.9 million and Advisory and Management Fee is 6.2 million).
The 100 employees get 6.2 million/16.1 million = 38.5 % of money.
One employee gets 38.5/100=0.385% per person share of money.
The 3342 shareholders get 9.9 million/16.1 million = 61% of money.
One shareholders get 61/3342=0.018% share of money.
If you want to learn Tai-Chi, you should go and learn from Tan Teng Boo
and I think he is a better value investor than all of us.
The problem is not the company is underperformed, it is just that
the employees are getting so much more than the shareholders.
If you prop up the shares, you are helping him that is all.
He is the one in-charge of the company it is not wrong for
him to make his decision. Like you said, as owners of the company,
you have to talk properly to Tan Teng Boo and the other directors that
why is employees getting 0.385%/0.018%= 21 times more than the shareholders
on a person-by-person basis when money is paid out to shareholders and employees. Furthermore, revenue and profit are not growing in the company too. You want to show the rate of decrease to the directors of the company. The directors fees totalled RM232,000 only. I am sure US directors may think that that is not so high either.

I already told you. There are 3342 shareholders shown on last year's annual report who had to pay Rm $2400 per share and receive 95 dollars as dividends for a 1000-shares purchase and dividend yield of 3.96%. The 100 employees collected 6.2 million for advisory and managementfees, but the 3342 people who bought shares in the company collected RM9.9 million. Do you think this is a good company? Is it fair to shareholders---3342 people get 9.9 million as dividends while 100 people get 6.2 million for working for the company? You have to bring your dissentment to Tan Teng Boo and the other directors from the US who is majority shareholder properly in a write-up letter to them! After all, Mr. Tan does not own many shares in the company himself maybe for a good reason! He does not even trust his own company that much, could you please ask him why is that , and at the end of the day why should you?

This is my last writing.

NOBY: everyone has to eat including the snake. If you don't like what he is offering you you should walk away. Just follow the rest thinking that this is a good stock when he just gives you good numbers like pe ratio of 10, roe of 23, no debts, and etc. You walk into a gangster's run bar also is like that, everything appears very beautifully, but in the end the boss is makan you. So walk away. My opinions from 2014 Annual Report:
(1) 1% shareholding implies he is not going to pay very high dividends to shareholders of the company for a very long time.
(2)Total revenue of 43 million comprised of selling assets of 30 million, interest income of 5.9 million, and dividend income of 6.9 million. Agains this amount of revenue he gives you a perfect number, which is expenses of 8.6 million, which is also 20% (8.6 million/43 millon).
(3)Bear this in mind, this is a 140 million share company and investors are inputing all the money into this company. The dividend paymemnt for your effort for buying shares in the company for the full year is 9.9 million.
(4) If you look carefully at the profit and loss and cash flow statement, of the 8.6 million expenses "don't know which fund managers" collected 6.2 million as advisory and management fees. The fund managers fees are just 8.6 million and shareholders dividends is 9.9 million, next time you go to AGM, please ask Tan Teng Boo for me, get it.

The fund is not underperforming. It is just paying a lot of money to the fund managers of "don't know who". All the numbers are perfect and you are tempted to buy shares in this company. I like to give a word to Investor KC Chong, if you think this is a snake company you have to walk away. You are so believing in numbers yourself and you tell people in your articles to be careful of accounting gimmicks. It shows that you are not that experienced and "wake-up" person even though you may have the loudest voice and greatest publicity of all. How can you say this is a good company by only believing in the numbers?

Mr. sunztzhe, you are too idealistic. These days nobody will do any thing that are to their disadvantage just for the sole purpose of pleasing you. Iunderstand what you mean. Mr. Tan Teng Boon is so confident with his management style that he just kept 1% shareholding in the company and he did everything according to the investment book to protect his company, his employees, and finally only the shareholders. That is a company that will not go down in any market failure. But it just shares too little profit with the shareholders. Will you do anything like that yourself? Go and please other people for the sake of hurting yourself?

Investor kcchongnz:
I will show you why you are not the value investor you think you are: I can only give you two examples because I am not paid to do it.

(1)You are a bookwork!
Value Investing Strategy No. 1: Buy Earnings on the Cheap.
"I bought it at RM2.37 just recently, a price more than 20% below its NAV, or there is a potential more than 25% upside if icap can close its gap with its NAV".
You bought icap because its NAV is RM$3.07 per share. Is that the only way you think it is cheap? What about its EPS of 23.89 cents for last year. This company only has a capital of 140 million shares and it only manages to make 33 million or only 23 percent ROE. What is really cheap is the net profit not the company itself is that what you mean when you said "Buy Earnings on the Cheap"? I suggest you go buy plantation stock SUNGEI BAGAN RUBBER COMPANY (MALAYA) BERHAD, its market price is RM3.32 per share but its NAV is RM6.65. Are you going to write to the board of directors there and told them : OH, the upside is surely 100%, and they are not doing their management job properly by letting the share market price to plunge to RM3.32. Why do you have to think like that that people must always give you want you want in life? Where on Earth is this possible?

(2)You are not practicing what you preach! Value Investing Strategy No. 2: Buy a Buck for 66 sen. After copying all the Warren Buffett operating principles are not go enough, you have to know how he implements it. You do not understand what you wrote for the public to read yourself and you want to teach people bra bra bra. Buy a Buck for 66 sen. You think you can go to Parkson and The Store to tell them to sell you what is RM$1 for RM$0.66, do you mind show it to your son, they will tell you you are insane. The seller fixes the price not the buyer. You probably are just too hardworking that you lack all the implementation logic. How to Buy a Buck for 66 sen. You buy something with a pe ratio of below 10. In your case, pe ratio of 6.6 times and you will get back 66 cent for every dollar you invested after 10 years. This is how you accomplish your buy a buck for 66 sen.

What you did is stupid. You bought icap at pe ratio of 10 is not buy a buck for 66 sen. You are not practicng what you preach. You should be buying the stock when pe ratio is 6.6 times earning.

Lastly, you copy Warren Buffett investing principles but you don't understand how he implements it. Please do not call yourself a value investor because you are not practicing what you preach yourself. There is another English word called "imposter with a loud speaker".

First of all, I want to let you know----your 2 questions are not as tough and demanding as you think!

1)I respect your disagreement with me. but my comments are rude? Please let me know which part is rude to who?

Answer: As to why you are rude. Everyone has his own way of living, conducting himself, and running his business his own way. You are picking on people when you said he underperformed to your standard. Come on, to your standard, haven't you realize that you are you and he is he. And please do not do onto others what you do not want others to do onto you. You are narrowing your life by going against other people's way of life. Does your wife and his wife has the same look?

2) I agree your disagreement with me. Shouldn't you be agreeing my disagreement with you, instead of telling me if I don't like TTB, I must sell my shares in icap? Do you at least agree that anyone, yea any Tom Dick and Harry can buy any stocks which is traded in Bursa and hold it? Does the company belong to TTB? Even if it belong to TTB, can't i own it? Why must i sell it off?

Answer:Your way of doing things is not effective. Instead of blaming people, post a criticizing comment, don't you have other better alternative that you can do to help yourself? In life, you don't beg for money by criticizing other people failing you and the others, you go do it yourself. Where is your guts? Go do it yourself, help yourself, there are 1000 counters on Bursa Malaysia, if that is not good enough, there is also Singapore stock exchange, and exchanges everywhere in the world.

One simple thing I must give credit to Mr. Tan Teng Boon. He founded a company, operated it without a loss, and the most important thing he did was to give 100 jobs to his workers and support their families.

As you said "I agree your disagreement with me. Shouldn't you be agreeing my disagreement with you." At least you know that there are people that would not agree with you always.

Super Investor Kcchongnz: So many people idoling you or worshipping you already, have you realize it or not. They call me a gamblar and they consider themselves and you as investors but they don't know how an investor should behave. This is what Warren Buffett said not long ago:
(1)Warren Buffett says that it is “kind of un-American to vote no at a Coke meeting.” “It’s a little bit like belching at the dinner table,” Mr. Buffett told CNBC’s Becky Quick. “I mean, you can’t do it too often. If you do, you find you’re eating in the kitchen pretty soon.”

(2)Mr. Buffett may have achieved his aims rather tactfully.

It was Mr. Buffett’s discussion of the philosophy of a “no” vote, and how it might apply to the workings of a corporate board, rather than a shareholder election, that troubled many, however. Mr. Buffett told CNBC that he’d been on 19 public company boards over 55 years and never heard of a “no” vote on a compensation plan. And he himself had voted for compensation plans – and mergers – that he disagreed with.

“There’s only so many bullets you can use in the gun,” he said in another CNBC interview. “If you start objecting to this, and this, and this, pretty soon people don’t pay any attention to you. You want to save your bullets for when they really count.”

I do not agree with kcchongnz's comment on Mr. Tan Keng Boon. It is rude.
(1) First of all, if you don't like Mr. Tan Keng Boon helming icap you can always sell out and go find something better for yourself.
(2) Not everytime Mr. Tan Keng Boon is wrong. At least he knows how to get up every morning to go to work on time. Recently, he advises investors to sell out I believe on a lot of blue chips companies with Pe ratio of 20 times or more. This is the right thing to do because with such a high pe ratio you can keep the shares for the next 5 years you are still not going to be making much money. Low interest rate pe ratio of 20 times is acceptable but for in the long term interest rate will be higher and likewise the 20 times faces adjustment.
(3)Falling prices are going to affect a lot of cyclical stocks. Better to be careful because some stocks might go out of trend.
(4)Keeping cash and initiate a wait and see attitude is always a right thing to do when you are no sure what direction the market will take in the future. I strongly agree with Mr. Tan Keng Boon that whatever we do we also must be on the defensive side. There is always a chance to make money of couse but if you want to get a better deal it is better to wait for the prices to come down substantially. What has happen to falling gasoline prices is going to happen to the stock market and to a lot of companies because productivity is not going to just increase over night. The stock market will moderate and adjust itselt when interest rate rise becomes a fact. If you are heavily borrowed or relying on credit to buy shares, this is the time to go for a vacation is my opinion and I assume it is also Mr. Tan Keng Boon's .

gohlai---this is my personal opinion----hope you don't mind hearing the other side of the story. We can not go against the fact of life and I think OPEC knows that. The fact is something will only sells well if prices are cheap or reasonable according to normal people standard. If you are praying that the price of petroleum will shot up in the future, this won't happen, this is because we have more new players in the field than before--- the US, Iran, Libya, Iraq, and other Latin countries that depended on petroleum to support their economy and others that have resumed their oil supply to the world market after experiencing supply disruption from the wars. Even if there is going to be a shortage of crude oil in the next 40 years, I don't believe they want to start staving themselves right away now. Of course, they are going to pump as much as possible to resolve their current economic problems with the rest of the world where the economic growth is mostly still tepid or moderating.

What is someone is motivated by your articles and think that they can accomplish anything as long as long they set their mind to do it. Are you suggesting that if they set their mind or motivate themselves to go around hurting, robbing, cheating other people for their own benefits they could be successful. These are just my opinions:
When buying volume is low it also implies selling volume is low! Lower volume implies support will gradually become stronger in the future (fewer effort are needed to support the shares). When buying shares we have to first consider what kind of business environment we are going to have in the future---one that is going to be like that for at least 5 years (choose those that are easy predictions). Only if we look around and think for a while for other people, we will realize what will happen in the future and what people will need the most in the future. With this information, you will know what kind of stocks to pick. The general economy is pretty poor right now (consumer liquidity issue) and there is a demand for good quality but cheaper products. This bank is priced fairly cheap enough, there should not be any excessive price fall in the future.

If you are picking the right stock which has the right direction, it is only a matter of time the stock will do better than the others if it is also the more market competitive ones and cheaper ones right now. The business sentiment is poor right now but this stock has fallen in price quite a lot that is why it is ok! Let me put this straight to you, I think they have to keep the price at a certain low level right now in case the merger didn't go through to avoid impact on the share price in the future. The Bank has rewarded shareholders reasonably in the past, the majority shareholders are not that enthusiastic to sell.

Today is a stabilizing day for this stock. You need big volume for fast advance and it is near the end of the year so they can only do the advance very slowly but it will advance in the future because the price of RM$5.80 is just too reasonable for such a bank.

My personal opinion: See whether a company is well managed or not and do not worry about risks that you can not do anything about. Uncertainty is a fact of lives and so over management of yourself (thinking too much over what you can do or what you can not do) is also a risk that we need to avoid. You don't need to manage yourself if you are buying stocks, you just observe and try to find out whether the company is managed properly that is all you need to know. In reviewing a company, you need to look carefully whether "a lot of companies are losing businesses or important projects"---this is a bad sign you should be very careful about. The biggest risk in investment is investing in companies (1) that can not grow in revenue and profit in the future and (2) those surrounded by very severe difficulties in an industry that will take a very long time to fix. The best companies to invest in are (1) strong brand name (consumers thinks that their consumer centered products are better than other companies) indicating they already win even before doing anything and (2) Trust by consumers that are gain through a period of showing good track records. Good Luck Everyone.

When there is good management there is no risk. When there is risk there is no good management. Some people live to contradict others by contradicting themselves. If you think a company has good management you do not have to worry about risk coming from the environment. It is only that you have no good management then risk takes over. Even if you become more and more tired to make you decide to sell out. The drop is in a series of steps, small drop everytime, it may go up after you sell out all your shares. It is not because the market will definitely have to drop in the future. But trust me, what you see others as is actually what you will become, the money that you will still have in the future. In the opposite direction, what others see you as now is actually what the other person will become, the money that you don't have but he has will become yours in the future. What we see in other people is what we are going to be in the future. This is called the Renho(人和) by The Art of War. The Singapore company thinks that they could downgrade Malaysian's reputation by downgrading CIMB to sell-out entity as if we are going to rob them when they invest in the Malaysian stock market. Next time, we should not sell water to them at a downgraded price or very cheap to tarnish our own reputation as a cheap and sell-out partner they have to deal with.

I took these info outfrom report ending Sep 31,2014.This is just to let you know how bad your situation is:
Loan loss provision for 9 months 602 million
Share Capital is 8.3 Billion
Loss per share due to provision is 600 million/8.3 Billion shares=RM 0.072 per share
After making this provision, net asset per share is RM4.4/=.
Current trading price of RM5.74 per share is 5.74/4.4=1.3 times net asset.
For example, Maybank net asset per share is RM5.19 per share and
trading at RM9.56/RM5.19=1.84 times net asset.
Right now if they lost all the provision they can lost only 7.2 cents per share and
price is trading at 1.3 times net asset. Over the last month, share price has plunged
by RM7-RM5.74=RM1.26.

These are my sole personal opinions to share with others:
(1) You must realize you are not going to allow yourself to make a mistake so easily. Act only after you have collected the right facts. You win or don't make a mistake by using the right information. Be thankful for small details and conscious of small details. Use one existing information to get to another new information that has the high probability of occuring.
(2) You must not think that you are very smart. Find something easy to invest in. For example, you can set a price target for a share and wait till
the price drop by another 10~15% before you buy in. You rather miss an opportunity rather than get into a bad deal with people.
(3) You must not copy other people or give in to people's talk too easily. You lost money on the stock market mostly by encountering bad people at most times. Someone trick you into buying and sold useless shares to you.
(4) You should try to improve yourself on the things you do very frequently
and made them easier and easier for you to do as time goes on. Another way is to evaluate the trend first and do whatever that is follows the tide and not against it. This is called convenient.

Lonaldo Lo, you talk like some kind of professional, may I ask you what did you do with your head when you received bad news from cimb. Did you bang your head against the wall or what did you do? There are always good and bad news at the same time! I hate people just stating the bad news that they get somewhere without thinking properly and said useless things. What can you do! Some people talked like wonder women and some people talk like superman, they are always talking about crisis that they can not do anything about but they still choose to talk about. In life, you don’t talk just about bad things, you talk about what is really good, and what we can do now. The price drop, common sense, where is your experience. This is November and Next Month is December and you expect the price to take a big jump in year end.

Yes, I am because it is a Bank. You forget that it is a safer and low risk investment by investing in a major Bank, its payback doesn't have to be so high. It doesn't need to own a lot of fixed assets. Banks basically lend out money they get from deposits and loans. As long as its loan loss is around 1 percent of their net tangible asset they can be consider as a good bank by Warren Buffett. If that condition is met, it is a good bank. Actually, CIMB is a safer investment than some other company like skpetro or what which has 10 billion debts. I don't have the kind of mentality that a lot of money must drop freely from the sky and onto my roof. This is the only problem of my analysis, I must admit to this. Mr. Flintstones.

Some people thought that they can do everything with their body parts, they can fly, swim, run, jump, or burrow underground. But for me, I think a company is just like a human being, it has some handicapped in some way currently that it can not do so well now, but it can still do a lot of other things. Not everyone is good at doing everything very well. As long as we can live with some of our deficiency, I think we are going to live. For CIMB, it has a net asset per share of RM$4.40 right now. With this amount of asset, as long as it can make RM$0.45 per share every year, I am already happy. This is because at current business condition it is making 10% net profit. Just because I can not sing so well like Lim Ching Hsia my husband should dump me is a fallacy. I don't think so because....! Even though I can not sing that well, I can still do a lot of other things well. Maybe I can learn how to dance better and my husband will like me for it! Right or Not?

If you look carefully at the stock graph above you on this page, the line is so beautifully flat most of the time even though it started to drop right after opening, remain flat most of the time, drop more again slightly towards the market close. The full day's buying rate is 60%. The line is so perfectly constructed, the buying rate is 60% still drop 16 cents. There will definitely be a rebound next week.

We are already burned by CIMB share price as a shareholder this month. This is the only bad news so far. The good news is the price held near the RM$5.80 level for most of the day, go look at today's chart, indicating there is support at this level. The price started to sink only at the last 30 minutes from 4:30 to 5:00 pm and the drop is only around 5 cent during this time. To the people who are brave and calm, please don't believe so much into the burn talk, this drop could be a good opportunity for people to buy or to wait and see how realistic our judgment of the Bank is. The price drop is a fact among all the other facts too! It is not that the Bank don't make any money at all, despite all the problems, Indonesia still Indonesia 20 years ago and there should be huge potential for rebuilding just like the next China in the future because of its low cost and huge consumer population. In fact, Indonesia's economy is having some problems right now and I believe people will not be killed so easily by problems as they don't jump down into the sea everyday because they still all want to live anyway they could. The subpar news is they still managed to make RM0.35 per share for 9 months or RM$2.9 billion after tax compared to last year's RM$3.5 bilion. Even Hong Leong Industry selling at near RM$5 does not make this much money. This is not the end of the day for us but I believe it is a losing month for us. The price is near the bottom judging from Today's price movement which has been supported throughout the trading day. I believe the price is retracting but not sliding like there hasn't been any friction on the floor. The merger is still going on, the price if were to come too low can spoilt the merger, maybe it is better to wait and see right now is my opinion.

My opinion: if a stock drop continuously for two days in a row due to a bad news, I don't need to panic here, I mostly will watch what happen in the third day. If it pick up on the third day or stabilise on the third day, it indicates that the temporary support is there. The first day drop is for those very eager to sell, the second day is for those half-hearted to sell and still sell, the third day is for those who have lost all their hope and sell. The third day is the day of reckoning: that you make your decision here. If it drop a lot again, better to sell out first and buy the next day or what or else if the drop or rise is very small before closing you can choose to stay. On the third day if it rise in the early stage and drop marginally again in the final stage with smaller volume than the previous two days, it definitely will go up the forth day. This is called clearing obstacles.

My opinion: We currently have a currency devalution crisis throughout Asia against the US currency---the Japanese yen, the Taiwan NT$, and etc----even all the stronger economies are having this same problem even us ----a situation that would get worst next year that they would be forced to raise their interest rate in the long term. Pick on the currency not the company or the bank or the government when making decisions to buy shares or sell shares. If you need to sell, go find another counter that would benefit from weaker currency and rise of interest rate to recoup your losses here. If you need to buy some more, wait for further currency news. The few obvious things that are going to happen in the future are weaker currency against the US$, a rise in interest rate, a rise in population, and the demand for cheaper consumables and more specialised customer services that would help the economy to improve for a brighter future than it is now. The devaluation of currency is also going to create an effect similar to the shortage of money to spend. Throwing away all that are useless to you because your can't change the outcome by switching your investment into those that are not necessary the best companies (because they are more pricey) in each sector of your choice based on your familiarity and better pe ratio are going to help you. You can't determine whether a company is good or not based on pe ratio, but you can prevent yourself from losing too much money be buying shares with better pe ratio if market were to turn for the worst. If a company with too high pe ratio is also not an ideal item for investment according to my opinion. tq guys for all the best advise I have received in the forum from all of you.

stockoperator: I would like to apologize for my misconduct. Sorry about this bad temper, it is just the local market these days only very few big cap stock performance are standing out but others are just very slow in moving. But I do have a question to ask you? Could you please tell me what is the lightly scenerio for our country if oil prices were to sink further, like maybe go down to RM60 or later to RM40? Are you at all worried that we have taken so much for granted that we thought we issue a lot of bonds so when the interest rate goes up the bond price will drop so we will be the beneficiary. If we think we are the beneficially by issuing a lot of bonds, what if the oil price and palm oil were to sink in price? What happen then to our local stock market? Are we leaving too much debts for our future generations to bear and so much that as the current people we don’t care? Do you think we are competitive enough as a nation in the future to payback our debts?

I am already very surprise right now. The tech company reported results this month are mostly below expectation or subpar. A lot of bigger technology companies are already doing disapointingly this year, such as Foxcone in Taiwan, and even MPI and JCY and others. And Even Samsung, it doesn't know what to do next, the consumer market is experiencing a global weakness. Do you know this or not? Ialready told you to wake up and still you said you are drowzy!

The way you wrote the email you seemed to me to be a very matured person. We all get a choice to do what we want, who cares about the market, the point is we just want to make money. In the immediate future year, are we able to do that or not. What is the probability? If you don't have any confidence I suggest you better don't say so proudly that you might want to ask it Back. I recently dump Shell Refinery shares, I will never ask for it back. It is a broken marriage, I don't want a drug and worthless husband, why should I be asking something I don't want back. Go to Hell with what I threw away. I don't stand to lose anything if Ijust be myself.

We are not saying that CIMB is not a good buy. This is Malaysia and the problem is-----it is hard to find another company like Coca-Cola, Well Fargo, Amerian Express, IBM, MasterCard, Visa, and etc. With the current situation, the prices of those companies that will be the beneficiares of future economy and the hot items right now are pretty high---HLFG, SIMEDARBY, KL Kepong,Tenaga National. So, what to do? The simple way is to wait until their prices are so irresistable to you then buy. If you read the news lately, warren buffett bought Duracell and his standard is even more stringent, the pe ratio of the transaction is 7. A normal market pe for blue is 15 of course and 20 is the maximum. But that is 7 is even better. Some people are so straight forward they can not think opposite which Ihope this person is not you.

The best alternative is to wait and see the next round of result come out. Don't make any pre-assumption yet, the next around of result hopefully will come out before or after Chinese New Year.
The latest result is pretty bad. It is a malu thing, they want to merge with another party and they are showing this kind of poor behavior. It may also affect the merger because of this poor result. You see you want to go out with someone yu also don't want to find a suitor that has a poor behavior, do you? This is just solely my opinion. Up to this point (Sept 31), nps is 35 cent. They made around 10 cent from July-Sept period. Assuming they made this same amount from Oct-Dec31,2014, the profit for the whole year is around 45 cents. For a stock that is trading at around RM6/=, the PE is 13.3 times. It is still a little high according to my standard of around 10. If things get worst further, the price will drop further. Trade at own risk, I am saying this to you. Buy only I copy every month is ok! I think to save your retirement.
