I think the capital reduction will not happen for now because the Net worth per share is RM1.11 based on financial report ending 31/3/2017 unless the report is manipulated. The external auditor must ensure that the financial report is correct. Every investor has it's own formula to enter and whatever formula, the ultimate intention is to make money eventually. My opinion is that selling pressure should not be high with price below RM0.4. The high selling pressure will only come in after RM0.45.

At least the price is moving up after sold off for Hari Raya since last week. It would be a bonus if pushing strongly upward.

I bought KNM @ RM0.38 believing in the potential of the company especially on it's Nett worth of >RM1. I sold all after the company announcement of net loss of >RM100+ million. I still believe in the potential of the company but I will wait till the quarterly financial result is satisfactory. The transformation of the company will take time and the projects on hand can be delayed due to lack of fund and so on. Once the company is in cash flow problem, those with money will take advantage of the company because you do not have any choice. This is my 2 cents opinion. Good luck.

Censof follows DNeX because Censof has not proved that it can perform well on it's own. The result of the coming quarter will be the deciding factor whether Censof can stand on it's own performance.

If you look at the whole financial result, the management was clearly maximized the expenses & minimized the turnover for the last quarter. It did not give you the whole picture of the company whether the company is doing well or struggling. I am still suspecting that there is mutual cooperation between DNeX and Censof. Censof needs DNeX and vice versa and I am suspecting something to come out that can benefit both companies.

李泰神, you are right. One thing I don't understand is that Datuk Samsul as Deputy Chairman of DNeX and the major shareholder of Censof apparently has not been fighting for the benefit of Censof. Most government IT projects have been over by DNeX. Why? It did not benefit him personally.

The last quarter revenue of RM17+ million could be because the management of Censof wanted to move forward to 1st quarter in the next financial year. To Censof management, last financial year achieved of RM13+ million profit was acceptable based on PE ration of less than 12. Please give your comment.

newrookie, If whatever Censof invested in DNeX as cost, ( RM0.2 + expenses less say 0.2 cents = RM0.22 per share), then 298.6 million DNeX's share should have un-realized profit of approximately RM98.5 million based on DNeX's price of RM0.55. => RM0.1963 + Net asset per share of RM0.2892 = RM0.4855. This is only true if my assumption of unrealized profit in DNeX's 298.6 million shares have not been taken up and my estimation on acquisition expenses of RM0.02 per share is accurate., Please comment.

Censof is only holding 17.25% DNeX shares based on the annual report. With that, Censof is already worth more than the current price of RM0.325. What happen?

Revenue was only 17+ million with gross loss of RM10+ million for the 4th quarter. With whole year net profit of RM13,259 million, the basic earning per share is 2.64 cents. The PE ratio of less than 12 is respectable but future prospect is ????

There is hope of pushing up.

No sign of pushing before the fourth quarter / whole year result. Not a good sign. Unless Censof is not a normal stock.
