消息人士对《The Edge》财经周刊表示，马电讯已最后圈定了数个买家。

消息指出，马电讯计划脱售该业务已有一段时间。

马电讯受询时表示不欲对市场传言置评。

曾在大马交易所上市的VADS，在2008年被马电讯私有化和除牌。VADS在2017年取得2亿5106万令吉税后盈利。

云顶大马（GENM 4715)拨备亏损18亿3400万令吉，是怎麽一回事？

云顶大马今晚宣布令市场目瞪口呆的季度业绩，第三季净亏14亿9000万令吉，到底云顶大马发生了什麽事？

云顶大马解释说，这笔亏损来自投资於Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe发行的本票（Promissory Note）亏损。

云顶大马前日宣布它打造的霍士影城主题公园（FOX THEMEPARK)是一大惊吓，今晚再宣布惊人亏损数字，这笔亏损来自那里？

云顶大马指出，这笔拨备包括了投资所需的利息。

Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe是位於美国麻省南部Taunton市的印弟安部落赌城，云顶大马指出，由於美国联邦政府对该赌场的决定有很多不确定因素，云顶大马可能无法回收投资所得，因此必须作出拨备。

「云顶大马将会继努力和该部落合作，以寻求落实赌城计划，若获得联邦政府通过，该赌城将有望建成，那麽这笔拨备可以扭转，获得回收。

获Taranaki盆地石油与天然气区5个岸外勘探执照，沙布拉能源（Sapura Energy Bhd）将进军纽西兰。

沙能源今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Sapura Exploration and Production（纽西兰）私人有限公司（Sapura E&P）与OMV New Zealand Ltd及Mitsui E&P Australia私人有限公司的协议已获得纽西兰政府的批准。

“所有5个岸外勘探执照都位于Taranaki盆地高产油气区内的浅水区，迄今为止发现的油藏总量超过25亿桶。通过该协议，准入超过8900平方公里的大面积。”

Sapura总裁兼集团总执行长Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin在文告指出，这些协议让Sapura E&P策略进入市场，且将在作出探井承诺前，与相关合作伙伴合作使潜在钻井地点成熟。

“我们很高兴进军纽西兰，这可能为Sapura E&P在探明面积中开拓机会。”

“联营企业将让Sapura E&P凭着其地下技术专长，支援这些勘探地区内的勘探活动。”

OMV是该国最大的液态烃生产商之一，也是全球第三大天然气生产商，以及纽西兰周边许多岸外盆地，尤其是Taranaki盆地的主要勘探商。

根据协议，Sapura E&P将持有由OMV营运的所有5个勘探执照中的30%权益。

闭市时，沙能源从近期的41仙低位反弹，以56.5仙收市，扬1.5仙或2.73%。
