Federal Court will only decide on point of law, and not facts of case which already dealt with in High Court and Court of Appeal.
They won't interfere with High Court decision.
Jaks just buy time to look for money to pay back bank guarantee plus additional interest.
Jaks also facing LAD for late delivery for its residential units plus its non-marketable SOHO........

Creditor banks did a good job by selling at limit down price early morning.
