Why still want to make more money than necessary?
Treat market as pass time.
Get some thrill, not sleepless night whenever DJ down by 300 points.
買股是為了增加生活情趣, 不是終日提心吊胆

Know how much it cost to become a doctor?

About 20 years ago, I spent 350k for my son's Accounting and Finance degree in LSE, spent another 800k for my daughter's MBBS in University of Edinburgh.

My sincere advise, please sell your 2 tons (66 boxes) puer tea and use the money on yourself or with your wife to tour the world.

No need to worry. I have too much cash in FD and dividend from stocks already more than enough to live comfortably.

Every year I will spend a couple of months with my grand children in UK.

What other type of investment can give you that kind of ROI at 26% consistently over next 30 years?
Surely you must do your homework with all your heart and all your soul.
Fail to plan is plan to fail.
Learn what ever skill to make you live.
Always remember, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

From Land?
If you are damn lucky to buy agriculture land cheap, and government suddenly decided to build one highway cutting through your land just like Bandar Cemerlang of Crescendo, where 50 sen psq agriculture land become 60 ringgit psf development land.

From Property?
Generally give you up to 7% per year for long term (say 30 years) unless you were so lucky to have bought houses in Bangsar 30 years ago.

From share market?
I doubt you can achieve that as market is full of surprises with market full of uncertainty.

All will materialise at 26% compounded growth.
Can you be so consistent making 26% every year?
Surely it is on whole of your capital, not individual stock.

Yes. I have invested in Puer tea since 2003. Still keeping 2 tons (66 boxes) worth 7 million ringgit at today's market price. Early years puer tea appreciated by about 30% per year, with 21 years, it has appreciated 100 times.

Promoters dare not answer the above questions.
They are telling half truth.
Yes, YTLP has some strength, but what about weaknesses, threats and so many grey areas?
Silent on those things amount to tell half truth, suppression of information, and misleading public in general. And that is very malicious to entice newbies to invest without realizing potential risk.

Whether a stock at 4 ringgit is overpriced or not depends on how much information you get in hand, and how do you analyse them.

In this case, still promoting YTLP at 5 ringgit and drawing table size cookie in the air amounts to cheating. Do you agree?

Why no SWOT analysis done ?
What are the weaknesses?
What are the threats?
What are the opportunity costs?
Why never mention Nvidia's role and its capital commitment?
Why never mention equity composition?
Why QR was silent on Nvidia?
Why no mention about cost to put up 500 megawatt solar plant?
License (permit) requirement?
Access to TNB national power grid is free?
