based on DNEX existing biz the valuation is meagre and don't even have the same level of MYEG yet. The only bulks profit is coming from Ping Petroleum.

so valuation is already misaligned with the stocks price.

another reason for another bonus is injection of private owned companies into Bornoil.

crazily high capital base........gosh and not good for the share price.

The reason why LTAT disposing shares below the 5% threshold is to avoid any filing to Bursa on the transactions involving substantial shareholding.

Hence, from now it is easier to push up or push down the pricing.

VXL Dato Lim investment in the company at 0.145s and total holding 68% of the total paid up of Dataprep...................if he wanted to exit this investment vehicle he already done so when the stock rallied to 0.65s.

Why VXL still holding until now 0.50s? and no sign or filing to Bursa for any disposal so far.

The reason is simple, VXL later will acquire the remaining shares and listed on Bursa thru Dataprep similar to IWH.

Because VXL is the developer of Secret Garden Resort in China for the coming Winter Olympic and they need to tap into public funds for the expansion. Based on VXL tracks records it is troublesome to file for listing.

This is my opinion and i guess that's the reason for VXL acquiring 68% of Dataprep.

yes part of the last result announced is from revaluation assets.............so it won't be repeat in the coming result. Hence, the result could be lower than the last one......in my opinion.

The Chairman (Father) is disposing his shares to his son since the latter is running and helming the biz now.

So it is a natural progression and succesion to the company.

Look at Hai-O as examples...............all this years the father Tan Khai Hee is helmin g the company conservatively and after passing the baton to his son............the company starts to growth aggresively and so does the results.

Hence the stocks from 2.40 improved to 4.99 before announcing bonus. After ex-bonus recently at around 3.20.........it goes up to 3.96 before settled at 3.85 yesterday.

So Karyon will follows this path.

but director too busy with all the buy and sell own shares.
misleading.. why can't just focus on the business.

Buying or selling shares doesn't need all the efforts and time on the screen to do that, he can delegate the instructions to his broker's to do for him.

From his transactions he is selling high and buying low but in the end is nett buying and other time is nett selling. This is norm since he is holding around 20% of the total shares base at one point of time and diluting his stakes could be some biz decision that can be favorable to the company in the long run since new shareholder's coming on board to bring the company to greater heights thru connections, foresight, directions etc.

I don't see this will affect the company...........some company Directors are buying or selling on and off and yet the company growing stronger.

i see no basis on your comments.

pos sign agreement with Lazada news come out. sure will effect today price. Lazada is GDEX main customer.

Signing with few providers doesn't mean the others is bad or out.............since Lazada is getting bigger and expanding it definitely need more delivery services out there to delivers on time to customers.

Sticking with just GDex alone to fulfilling all the delivery on time is not a good decision too. I am wondering if Poslaju can be efficient as they're already taking up so much things they can chews. Coupled with recent Poslaju increased rates, their charges are on par or even expensive than some of the existing ones but delivery days still the same.

So to me, the additional service providers will handle different categories of parcels, delivery areas according to their expertise.

CRCC bidding for HSR and nothing related to this......since CREC and IWH the main developer for Bandar Malaysia.

Vivocom without HSR projects now already have enough book orders in hand and any bonus from HSR will only add value to their current orders and bottomline.

IWH have nothing to loose from the fallout deals.........but IWCity will be the ultimate loser in this deals and the worst part all the shareholders that holding the shares will bear the brunt unless the deals being revive thru other deals and negotiations.

God Bless those involved in the stocks and don't do anything stupid should it happens as you can recover the losses from other stocks.
