益纳利美昌今日针对该公司从创业板转到主板上市修改公司章程，和雇员认股计划召开了股东特别大会，寻求股东批准，出席者包括该公司总执行长兼执行董事罗健聪。

陈成俊指出，该公司转板目的就是要吸引投资机构青睐，因为作为创业板股，很难吸引机构投资者眼光。转板活动料于年底前完成，进展顺利。

此外，有鉴於当前已处於年杪，陈成俊相信益纳利美昌转板计划或无法在原本预计的今年末季完成。这主要是因为转板计涉及大量的文件往来，尤其该公司需要取得来自5个国家的监管单位首肯，加上目前正忙于并入美昌环球（Amertron Global）后的集成工作，所以拖累计划的进度。

「我们已经向证监会（SC）呈交申请书，当前只能等待当局的回复。」陈氏表示，管理层仍无法预知证监会将在何时对该公司的转板申请作出回覆，但从目前情况来看，或需展延至明年首季方可完成转板计划。

just hold inari..when news out..will to late to buy. what evidence you guys looking at..the news from last 2 3 months already saying in the process and now pending approval. unless you buy in this share without study this share loh.. buy on rumours..sometime will kill you.

look like this share is very easy to goreng up..since not much share floating..after split the share may shoot to 1.5 and above if director push it up to have paper gain. This is not a buy call.
