Reach'oil selling price is based on Brent crude with fixed discount. Anyway, all the oil benchmark had increased. Reach up 10% within 1 week. No surprise weak holder sell, let's it take a break before shoot up to 500. Patient is needed.

Reach, 1 out of 2 listed upstream oil sector company at Bursa. For those who want avoid suffer from increase petrol & living cost. This company will be a good option.

High debt will not become an issue with direct increase revenue, as the crude oil price had increased. The most important is when the company turn into profit. It will be more easier to raise fund by issue new share to reduce debt, with some of the debt's interest is unreasonable high. Hence, reduce the financial cost.

The company hard time had passed. It will like the snowball effect and start rolling become bigger and bigger.

The fact is clear, the company fail to deliver the shipment due to bad weather at Q3. The oil is drilled as the Taxes other than income taxes is almost the same between Q2 (RM9.8M) &Q3 (RM9.3M). It will be sold at OCT with higher price.

Trust the management and able to keep for 3 months for next Q report, please buy. Bent crude oil is USD65, remember REACH under normal operation, will earn RM1.3M extra when crude oil up every USD1. The bad weather did create a chance for those who missed it to buy below 40sen. :)

Every USD1 increase in Bent crude oil, REACH will earn extra RM1.3M per quarter, assume 3500 barrels*90 days*4.25 conversion rate. Current production should more than 3500 barrels per day as management short team goal is increase to 5000 barrels per day.

REACH didn't perform well in pass 2 quarters, mainly due to high finance cost, RM14M(Q1) and RM18(Q2). Such abnormal high finance cost should not continue as transition period end.

REACH turn to profit is just matter of time. With crude oil price at USD60, back to 75c will not become a problem.

@supervalue Thanks for dig out the slide.
Based on slide page 8:
1) 2016 with average Brent price USD43.28. The company is earning USD5 per barrel. Suggest that, the cost per barrel is ~USD38.
2) Compare between 2015 and 2016, total Discount and Distribution Expenses is reduce from USD17.11 to 14.60. The company did spend effort to reduce the cost.

To date for 2017, average brent oil is ~USD52 and during the CEO interview(the edge 30 JUN), the cost per barrel is USD25 and might have potential to go down.

As long as the brent oil don't go down crazy. Believe the company will make profit soon. 45sen is good enter price.

National Aerospace and Defence Industries Sdn Bhd (Nadi), which is a partner in the country' newest budget airline Malindo Airways, has NOT FILED its audited accounts since 2007, Pua told a press conference at the Parliament lobby this morning.

"Nadi failed to file its audited accounts since Dec 31, 2007, and yet the government last month granted its subsidiary a licence to operate an airline in Malaysia, launched by none other than Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak himself.

"The chairperson of the company is Gen (Rtd) Mohd Hashim Mohd Ali, who is a brother in-law of (former premier) Dr Mahathir Mohamad," Pua said, basing this on a search of the company's financial report at CCM.

Pua said Clause 169(1) of the Companies Act 1965 requires company directors to present the profit and loss accounts at the annual general meeting, within an interval of not more than 15 months.

He added that any director who fails to comply with the regulation is liable to five years’ imprisonment or a fine of RM30,000.
