Before announcement, people always speculates GP. Now all fact out. No point to keep as no one will speculate on this counter anymore. Better sell and buy other better counters.

It is highly recommended to those who holds warrants to sell and cut loss before it is too late.

Per the edge financial daily, it will have material impact on GP. Available cash RM38.68m vs bank borrowings RM218m

Per proposal, Class B ICPS held by Intel Capital is to be converted into 355,117 PON shares (if RM71m works out to be RM200/RON share) but now Intel Capital won the case. GP is to acquire from ICPS from Intel Capial and is liable to RM60m - Repayment of RM3.29m + Interest at 1.5% per MONTH starting Nov 2012.

Does GP has the money to pay Intel Capital within 90 days? I don't think the deal with TM can be completed within 90 days!

Big problem for GP!!!

Where GP can find $ to pay Intel Capital? Monthly int is ard RM900k. Up to March 2014, int payable is ard RM14.4m!!! Capital RM56.7m + Int RM14.4m = > RM70m

No one expects GP is only selling stake in P1 except insiders who managed to throw shares before suspension. Almost all investors who bought recently are being caught. Should sell on next technical rebound

ktsk88, what a smart move! Hope those who hold warrants can follow u & make cruel decisions fast else will be total lost after Sept! From now til Sept, warrant price will keep dropping (unless GP can breach RM1 level, in doubt)!

Faster sell GP-Wa else it will become worthless. If already pick up, can hold after Tue & sell (force selling period T+4 over)

i may a feeling that GP will fall below 0.45 on Mon and warrant below 0.10. Perhaps it is an opportunity to buy at low price

I worry GP share price will come under pressure next Mon as T+3 due for those who bought up to RM0.60! Tue is force sell day for them!

Not have to wait for all contra players (bought on Wed, 26/3) to exit the market and see GP performance thereafter. Mon 31/3 is T+3, Tue 1/4 is T+4 (force sell day)

If the deal is good for long run, I think those who hold warrants should sell tmr if price is right. Bear in mind that warrants shall expire in Sep 2014 and value will become zero if mother price is less than RM0.95

I think GP still want to retain a stake in P1. MGO not apply here. Now what we want to know the price TM is willing to pay for P1 stake

I would think that TM will acquired a certain % of P1 (must exceed total shareholdings held by GPacket & Korean Telco) & pay for around RM1b. After acquisition, TM will inject RM1b+ into P1.

Today The edge financial daily quoted that TM will inject fresh capital of more than RM1b to P1 while GPacket will receive some money. Look like GPacket may receive only RM1b or less

Dunno GP will suspense for more than 1 day or not. There may be a lot of force selling taking place for contra players who have more $ to pick up
