For Ageson, it is best to conduct a search on GKI before investing. You need to know the exact Chinese name to conduct a search in China. Who knows you may not find such company or it may be a very small company (though registered capital is RMB100m)

Dato' Larry Liew (also director & major shareholder of ARB) earlier entered few mega MOUs with overseas companies and few months later all cancelled. ARB skyrocket to high of 0.60 and drop back sharply.

Will the cancellation happen to all 3 contracts received by Ageson recently, can only know few months down the road. The Board can give various excuses to escape responsibility.

Sorry will down below 0.15. Co founder created all these contracts in order to push up prices and successfully exited.

The directors won't but they can simply announce both parties mutually cancel the Purchase Order. It's so easy. Just one announcement.

By rights Ageson should give more info on GKI to give confident to investors. If GKI can give a PO of RM27.5b, its name should be able to find over internet
