I'm curious. What's wrong actually? I've been reading some of the comments here --- uhh Has tsj offended someone or something? Is tsj a good / capable MD? If not, can he be replaced with a more capable professional? No joke managing billion dollar public listed biz. He supposed to enhance share holders wealth. And the price sliding like this? TRIGYN (huge India market) RM XxxXxxXxxXxx at undisclosed amount.

Exclude TRIGYN total already RM818,536,600.00 (Sorry, I don't know how much India deal is worth, so excluded the value. But I'm sure Indian market is worth ALOT. Just count their population! )

And so, Iris only worth 0.19???

Remember Djia went down -300 pts last Fri. Klci down to be expected. So no need to fret. Esp. mid/long term holders.

last conversion date is the last day to make payment.The date is stated in the announcement

Oh, if I find that counter again I post it here. But that co merely announced they hv submited it to bursa, pending approval. That's what prompted me to ask if we can request the same . Didn't know a shareholder is so powerless. Huhuhuhuh...

more than 10 yrs I haven't come across warrants extension unless I missed out.
sorry, my friend, u and I are nobody.
we have no power or right to ask for extension.

Last conversion date is 5 working days after last trading day, am I correct? Thanks again!

leijun, there are a few market terms when talking about warrants.
in the money is if u were to convert it to its mother share, there is a premium. it is out of the money if no premium.
last trading 0,05 sen as u said, mean u get 0.05 sen if u sell off.

Jaynetan, sorry I don't understand what u mean by NoNE latest 10 years. I stumbled upon one counter last week that requests bursa extend their warrant. ( I forgot which counter d! Forgot to mark it down!)

Allow me rephrase. Can I write to the company requesting that they extend the life of the warrant? Any disadvantage to the company? And under what circumstance bursa would not approve?

R u a remisier? I see! In fact my remisier even suggested that I exchange 3 warrants for a mother instead of taking the trouble to convert when the expiry draws near. He says not that he wants to earn commissions fr my transactions (both my selling of warrants and buying of mother), but converting is a very troublesome process! And I've to do it myself?

hi, leijun, sorry to wake up early in the morning.
it is incorrect to say need to convert 1-2 month before expiry.
last trading day is the final day to trade the warrants. if u are not going to convert or if u think not worth , then sell on or before the last trading day. after the last trading day, you are given about a week to send the conversion fee to the registrar

Whole market bad, not just this counter. ( to be fair, it holds very well despite trying times.) What to do, we still wanna invest in stock market. I'm sure A few sen loss won't make a huge difference in my overall profit when it bull runs ! Hehehe... Cant be monitoring daily trend and gets cold feet. With DJIA, it's always 1 day down, the next day recover. But like Vinvin always say, trade at own risk. Trader tactic sure different fr investor strategy. Have a super nice weekend everyone! So true what Both of u said about paid analysts with hidden agenda. Look at what TA said about iris after it bagged RM800mil +++++ contracts. Tp now down to 0.19 ! Before the awards, TP was so much higher! Why? Becos they try to push price to 0.20 to earn tons more $ when it rallies!

Last year Iris chalked losses but analysts estimate Tp 70 sen ! How in the world the calculation is done, I also dunno. Now, I only trust real figures released by the co and not what some freelance writer wrote. Its just their opinion. If they so investment savvy accurate, they should be tycoon already. No need to write for a living.

Trust ourselves and own own judgement more! Stock market is dog eat dog world. Wise up!

Nothing happened. Ya, expire 2016. Just that I hope it could be extended by Iris management to say 2017? Some counters are doing that. Then no need convert to mother.
