...opec countries must be running out of bullets n money .. now the only way is pushing up oil back to 100 usd. By then if all producers didnt pump more oil when price at 100 usd. Oil still can maintain at that level..
To make oil go up to 100. Opec must cut production again so to offset production increased by shale oil when price go from 55 to 100.

Last dec 2014 oil price drop because saudi pump more.
