weakness due to duit raya....syndrome !

volume is getting smaller after May 21st until now....unlike before , not many are buying and selling but more like accumulation ....to wait for the big day! I do not know what are the thinking of contrarians but for long term players even it fall 20-22c , still keep on buying until the disclosure of the result ! After all , this co will not go bust even without e TRS but with e TRS , it will be a totally transformed company !

more surprises are coming....as the 2nd qtr results become more apparent !

From 797 dropped to 650, making a loss of 147 coming closed to 20% is a big deal here!
1.considered asset rich ! lands undervalued and not revalue for decades , bought at +/-RM 5000 per acre but now is at least RM 10 per square foot , Imagine 1 ac is 43,560 sg ft * no of acres?????
2. Cash rich RM 1.0 Billion in fd???? Not invested????
3. Paid meagre dividends 10-12 c per annum
4. Stock maintained at RM 1.00 and illiquid to trade!
5. same management year in year out ?
6. considered a very conservative co in Bursa!
7. Company without direction?
8. Hope it will be taken by a ready buyer soon to save the minor shareholders sufferings!

once sold , not easy to get it back cheap anymore when the e result is out...unless u r willing to pay more!

killer sharks have stayed away from the area because most of their preys like seals are hiding away in small nos and not easily detected .Just impossible to get them coz they are not coming out to hunt for penguins either! Just wait and see...

after raya , may see more action, by august once declared earnings , should see RM 2.00

must hold until result out....to see any improvement in price

too much meat is bad for our bodies , advised the sharks to go and eat sea weed which will be good for their overall health...

With R&F and other world top notch developers in around in JB and in second link , closed proximity to Spore , all the other property players have to give way coz all the projects are located too far away....With the introduction of car levy on foreign and local cars , it will be worst for the property sector here in Iskandar . Friday as a holiday also posed a serious problem to business communities on import and export . Housing glut also another area not to forget .... So with so many uncertainties, those property counters with high PE and low EPS , though with much landed assets will not in trader's radar.

EPS 6.63c and DY 4.21% , NTA 77c but trading at 47.5c? , too cheap to believe ....plus many money generating projects in the offing....

baby sharks are adopting various tactics to get hold of seals . look like max casualties were to remain at 140 . Tomorrow opening bell may try to get those unlucky some , after that , the sharks may go elsewhere to get their preys because many seal are adopting hibernation tactics to frustrate the attackers.

seals are not bordering much on baby sharks , they are worried about great white sharks ! Instead of seals being killed but is otherwise as the seals are hiding ashore and only little penguins became the victims but in small nos...which has little impact...afternoon will swing back into action.

Pls remember that GST and e-TRS will be launched as from 1.4.2015 . By that time all the tech cos will enjoy a happy run...

casualties 137 got killed too! coz they had no place to go as the raya is approaching and they need cash to decorate their houses . it is understandable . But the majority not willing to get killed for nothing but at a price. They are willing to be culled after the 2nd qtr ...when the picture is clearer.

TP 8.11 , so the share should be trading 202/203....now is only 1.46 ...still got more rooms to go...trade at your own risk.

too tempting to buy back if kseng fall below 6.00 , Not much to be lost at this price coz the discount is really fabulous.

duit hari raya ma... but I will q buy a few dips below and waiting the 2nd Qtrs to see any improvement...

worst than before ex....and the new shares not credited yet !

max kill is 140 only ....frustrated that not many are willing to be slaughtered any more ! they had to increase their nos but seals are being intimidated too frightened and had been hiding everywhere , where it is more difficult to catch the prey now...
