yes , the price at 1.3 already factored in the free warrant 1 for 2 . So , @ 1.3*2=2.6 , the resent price is 1.15*2=2.30 ,so the difference is 30 ct for warrants. Anything more or less will determine whether u r making or losing ....Please bear in mind all the costs not factored yet in buying n selling....

with the China property tycoons RF entry here in JB and building the tallest buildings here in and around the causeway , proximity to Spore , all the Iskandar projects have to be contended as second feeder projects , attractions no more except to reduce price further to get more buyers . This will ultimately eat into the profit and make less money! All the property counters will be affected greatly given the scale and size of the projects plus the blessings from various qtrs. in Johor.

1.19-1.20 is the price to pay for the contrarians....afternoon will see some slight improvement after all the stalled bulls were culled.

Today at T3 seemed like no one wanted to sell at 1.00 .....! So , all the bullshits of going down to 90/1.00 will never come true....many are coming to buy back 1.20 and above...like it or not ? I m not saying will not go down given the fact that this counter was overbought and of many contrarians got trapped ! I think this afternoon and next Monday will give a clearer picture ....

even the management has contended that the 2nd Qtr will be moderated from 37% to 20+ % to give a cumulative of around 50c , not bad for a company priced below 1.50 and PER 2-3...3rd Qtr should be as good given that the management really pulled the co to the present state after disposing all the loosing concerns in timber co and concentrated on JV ventures in properties due to short of cash as reported.

all are bullshits , do your homework and set your target , use your hard-earned money intelligently not short cut like contrarians which u will regret for life.... look like small sharks r coming to suppress the price resistant at 25c , selling in millions....wow!

support at 1.00 ? I think the analysis has no basis at all coz the fundamental is soooooo good to deny. Many has entered again , for a longer term not contrarian's day here. If u got enough cash , this is the counter u go for coz the pe is only 2-3 !

EPS dropped from 5.96 c to 5.39c , but the share price already more than double to 1.36 , giving a PE of 25.23 which is exceedingly high . Correction any moment from now....

yes, those contrarians are no where to go except accepting what price they buyers offer , so it may go as cheap as possible come tomorrow . Si kaw kaw....

T2 and T3 will be the D day for contrarians (bought 123-140). Only next Monday it may fly high again....

margin from 24.5-25 c compared with 34-38 c , shall be more comfortable now....

Yes thanks for the very sound and useful advice , I m buying during falling knife slowly from 1.14-1.23 is my margin but for a longer term . I forget about the chart coz it changes every sec and minute and quite difficult to monitor . I seldom buy gap up shares as the risks are equal but falling knife shares are meant to collect and invest for a longer term so as to make a healthy margin...

@50 c per share , how much do u rate the share ? By conservative calculation at PE 5 , should be 2.50/share . So , the present price @1.20-1.40 will constitute only PE 2.4-2.8 only . It means 2.4-2.8 years to recover your capital ....compared with Eco 90 years ! Is it worthwhile to invest or just do the contra? The answers lie with you . Do trade diligently....

those who cut loss @1.14 will be damn sored coz the price is making u turn and may regain its glory soon....I think may rebound in the afternoon to 1.30 again....

due credits must be given the new management team to spear the co into profits in the last 3 yrs though short of dividend given but instead brought back the co into life again after the set back 10 yrs ago....

Seal fundamentals are intact , profit 37% ( previously 17%) and expecting to moderate 20-30% under a competitive property environment. Rough calculation may reach 50c per share , so the selling down will not be a falling knife but an opportunity to collect. Going for long term will reap you handsome harvest. Contrarians better don't play this counter coz the buying in and selling out too volatile to handle.

Hope T2 and T3 will be a rebound or else many will kaput....sad day for seal , now the seal no more swimming fast but hope that it may hibernate for a while and to resume swimming again soon. look like in c wave and correction will be much serious as envisaged.

yes, I concurred with what dream had said ....price will be forced down and to enable big timers to collect cheaply....it will only disclose when they had collected enough to secure good handsome gain and later disclose the eTRS result. This way , they may make more than 200% gain if they were successful to push down the price to 15 c....After the e TRS result , it may spring up to 45-60c. So the losers are those who bought from 22-38cts......who had one time or other had sold their stakes cheaply because they just can't withstand the onslaught of share dropping each day at 0.5 c......this is only my calculation, trade at your own risks.

beware of con when ppls are commenting all the good news in order to get more ppls inside the whirlpool ; we need to listen to the opposing views to balance up the good news. Usually ppls are not happy with the bad news around....this is real human instincts...

many will curse and swear after getting the rights coz its price has tumbled terribly since then ! By right the co should instead focussed on splitting the shares like Aeon doing , something like 4 for 1 and free warrants given to increase the capital base , not subscribing the rights! With this , the market will response more positively.....anyway damage already done, what is done cannot be undone...

like it or not , this share may go higher each day coz its earning is too tempting , more than 31 c per share ! come august will disclose 2nd half result, if breaches higher still , nobody will be able to contain the price at 1.30-1.50 ?
