May I ask, if dividend pay out from JPHD to Jaks is much less than profit attributable to minority shareholder, how is it going to contribute positively to the free cash flow of Jaks?
I raise this concern because the in your table showing Annual Report of China Southern Power Grid, under Vinh Tan 1 earning figures, seemed that after 1 year of COD, the minority share holder did not receive any dividend payout, could it be the same case to Jaks?

Hi DK66, I'm with the same view as you regarding power generating business and really appreciate your insights of Jaks. The only thing that worries me is the cash flow that Jaks currently has, is it enough to sail through this huge wave? Is the delaying of COD going to affect Jaks current cash flow given the LAD till June and potential loss of tenant occupancy in Evolve mall due to COVID 19. If Jaks has enough cash flow to cover the above, personally I think there's nothing to worry about recent turmoil.

Information released from CEEC website on 5th Mar, only 1 week ago, in which stated whole set of generator starts operating in Apr. Now, justified again jaks current situation
1. Power plant for unit 1 already FULLY completed
2. Power plant unit 2 is 95% completed.
3. Jaks 51% Star Pacific project also FULLY completed (pending CCC for residence bloc)
4. Jaks 51% Start Pacific office bloc, mall and car park already issue CCC and tenant in move in condition
5. Jaks 51% Evolve mall already operational break even with improved occupancy rate 85%
6. There is option to increase further 10% stake in power plant ownership from current 30% to 40%, BUT, jaks have given 3 year time frame to exercise these option after power start operation.

YTLP is being dragged down by Yes 4G and Power Seraya in Singapore which is not based on BOT model. In the past YTLP was considered a good utility stock because of lucrative cash flow generated from BOT business.

I believe PBInvest's analyst has his personal agenda behind this. He's trying to save his own face by giving a low tp because the last tp of 0.75 was proven to be a misjudgement. If he adjusted too high, it means his analysis is largely flawed and he's admitting that the previous analysis was indeed a mistake. That's why he adjusted higher but with lower tp, and trying to be equivocal to cover up his own mistake/incapability by twisting his words in the latest analysis to include only current business, purposely ignoring the possible gem in the future.

Optimus, yes, you can ask questions. But jumping into conclusion too fast or being judgmental without evidence will do you no good, and as I said, it's actually a defamation.
