Stuck with the Topic: dont invest in a tech Company that doesnt have tech. If you invest, u will loose and will be wondering Why u lost.

Then arbb would answer like this: we are a tech Company without any tech...: But we do systems Integration here and there.... Then securities commision would say... oh ya tech Company doesnt need own tech... As long u can use tech ...

By right securties commision should ask this... brothers and Sisters:::: u guys have been in tech Business.... How Many patents u all have ?

Truth is truth ..: by defending a Company that hasnt got much track record in developing great IP... u will make Many ppl loose

A simple question to the directors: Why do u need to copyright your software? See what they reply... sometimes we assume the directors know

I feel very sad ... when these Company experiment their ideas with Public money.... If I was in the SC, I would interview the directors First. Ask them, whether they understand the risk etc.....

There are not Many successful ideas ... they should try with their profit money First ... demonstrate ....

I can bet u they havent even thought about that....

Does arbb have real good Ip lawyers that would secure them in case of real trouble...

Its good to venture If u know How to. Why not? Do u know How long it takes an invention to be commercialised? And do u know the legal risks? Have u all studied ?

1) the Boss wants more money to develop stuff, while to date nothing technologically significant (he admits)
2) Company is yet to get some direction - they intend to commercialiise in bigger scale what they WILL develop
3) they are Hoping to get direction using ppl’s money.
