From note 11, the increase in assets & liabilities is arised from the acquisition of Amertron Global.
In Consolidated Accounts, we need to take into account of Amertron Bhd balance sheet which means that all Amertron receivables,payables&inventories is 100% combined with Inari Bhd (holding) to form the Consolidated Balance Sheet of Inari Amertron Bhd. It is 100% combined as it is a wholly subsidiary of Inari Bhd. Pls take note that the amt stated is a provisional which means that the amount might be a bit different from Audited FS. No worry as the amount usually did not diifer much & insignificant.

The net cash outflow of acquisition RM110,379m comprise of total purchase consideration of RM124,808m less cash flow of Amertron RM14,429m is also shown in Conso Cash Flow(under Cash Flow from Investing activites).

For Conso Income Statement, you will notice there is not huge jump in Revenue&Profit as the acquisition is only take part on 25 June 2013. All the sales & income before 25 June cant be included. We can only take account of all after the acquisition date. That means the combined revenue & profit will only shown in the Q1 financial report of 2014.

The consolidated account is normally a bit hard to understand esp on the 1st year of acquisition of a subsidiary company.

Hope my explanation give a rough guidance on conso a/c.

of Inari&Amertron but it is not shown in Q4 financial report as it has just completed the acquisition.

Strategy is to buy high growth penny stock. Coz i want to mk the most money in shorter time.

Buy those penny stock that none of the fund managers/broker firms will ever hv a single interest on it. I start to notice both when they hv the same plan which is to continue to grow their company in long term through acquisition of new co (of course the new co must be a profitable record ). Remember to read their prospectus on acquisition as i spend hours reading Inari acq on Amertron. Thats why i hv bn buying it since last yr&u really hv to be patient on it..

Summary buy company that is : high growth potential, low PE, gd cashflow, low debt, gd dividend. There is still a lot of rules lk high NTA,ROE,ROCE but most important buy low sell high
