Actually this could be a good stock to hold for long term due to its defensive nature (businesses/courts have to publish announcement in major dailies-economic moat) . Fundamentally sound and sure of at least 12 sens dividends. That makes about 3 sens every quarter and currently cheaper than wellcal!

Waiting now for what Buffett said about paying fair price for a wonderful company.

In the local scene, Najib no longer has many local credit institutions to borrow money anymore and if further downgrade from public debt comes, we no longer can afford credit line from world bank and the other credit agencies like IMF! Obviously, no minister nor govt official would comment openly on this for the fear of market reaction, but it is advisable to invest with care!
