The director Joginder Singh sold share on 20th, the drill was suspended on 19th, i have spoken to my legal friend who graduated from same U with me in London, THERE IS A strong evidence of INSIDER TRADING !!!
He told me not to dispose my 3000 shares, he will write to BURSA and the broker involves to get the price Joginder sold. If hibiscus open and price collapse, he will tell me to sell then he will ask Hibiscus to pay the difference in price from what Joginder sold plus misc cost !
He told me this is his best opportunity to be famous in corporate circle, his father is a very experienced lawyer also.
My cost is only 6k, i will support my friend in this case !!!
He told me we will not loose anything, if Hibiscus dont pay me what our claims,Hibiscus will be the corporate looser !!
