Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Mr Wong Thean Soon ("the Affected Person") intends to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.

Then, here is the definition of closed period:

hendrycheah I have re-read the anouncement, i really don't get what it mean when they announce to deal with their shares... u file in either buy or sell ur shares...intention to buy or sell also need to file into bursa?

wuzy, do you know how much of their loan is based on floating rate to be benefited from the opr cut? If the sukuk fund is used to refinance its previous loan meaning that the opr wont bring significant effect to its financial performance since sukuk is usually has a predetermined interest rate. Does opr cut will reduced this predetermined interest rate?

MingGoon This morning, at opening MYEG from 1.14 shot up to 1.2.
This shows that most investors confidence is higher than 1.2.

Due to profit taking/ contra players, MYEG support now is at 1.15.

I am adding more MYEG as MYEG is for long term for me.
I am adding MYEG at 1.15 now, as that is the support line.

MYEG after lunch will be another wave coming.

MingGoon MyEG up 3.57% on expansion of tax monitoring system to 30 cities in Indonesia

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 14): Shares of MyEG Services Bhd (MyEG) rose 3.57% after it announced that its Indonesian associate PT Cartenz Inti Utama has secured additional government mandates to roll out its tax monitoring system, marking an expansion to its successful commencement of the implementation in Jakarta.

At 10:26am, MyEG's share price was up 4 sen to RM1.16, with some 53.26 million shares traded, valuing it at RM3.88 billion.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, MyEG said it has recently been contracted by the governments of seven other provinces in Indonesia to deploy, on a chargeable basis, the tax monitoring system to cover a total of 30 cities.

"The projects' tenure ranges from one year to three years and it is renewable upon expiry.

"The projects also have no fixed value as it is dependent on the number of installations to be undertaken by Cartenz," it added.

Nonetheless, MyEG's board of directors said the projects are in the best interest of the company and are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2020.

MyEG managing director TS Wong said this has exceeded the group's initial targets.

"We now believe that our Indonesian roll-out will be faster and require lower capex than our previous expectations," he said.

Since unveiling the joint venture in 2018, the group has started the implementation of real-time monitoring of business transactions for tax computation purposes, with installations in retail merchant premises presently ongoing in Jakarta under a pilot programme offered at no charge.

The expansion of the tax monitoring system to more regions in Indonesia represents an important milestone for MyEG, not only in the strengthening of its position as the leading e-government services provider in Indonesia, but also in the widening of its footprint in the country's retail sector, it said.

MyEG generates 20% of its revenue from government concession-related businesses or, more specifically, the online renewal of road tax, foreign workers’ work permit renewal and their rehiring programme.

The remaining 80% comes from ancillary and commercial services, such as online auto insurance renewal, foreign worker insurance renewal and job placement services.

xiaozhiyong Iris is more suitable for long term investor, wait for 1.2 OR 1.3 and sailang :D. Although the skin project is belongs to dsonic but iris still having a bright future as you can see they are making profit on every quarter. Btw, dsonic can get the project but doesnt mean the project will not be cancelled, of course im not cursing because share market is always unpredictable. Buy High and sell low OR buy low and sell High is better? Time will prove us the true winner hehe.
