Unlike many international firms that need strict timely payment terms. Usually international firms will engage local partners that can match petronas terms, with the local partners forking out their own cash to pay international firms providing services. In this case, SD might be the case of local partners, where it is subjected to long payment terms from Petronas. Am I worry, I'm more concern on the Middle east venture, if that portion is verified. Im good to go, Serba Dinamik has a very good reputation throughout Petronas.

Is very normal to have appointed partners to distribute ur product, the same thing can be say in China where Biotech have an agreement with. This is no brainer as to maintain ease of communication and out sourcing point of contact to a single third party. I believe, Malaysia plan to have bulk procurement and fill and finish locally allowed it to buy a lot faster from China unlike other countries such as Singapore, Philippine, etc. I believe having a GLC to handle procurement and supply is a much thought out plan and a win-win solution to both party.
