@remus, the 1.11c dividend is for the period 1/10 till 12/11. AXREIT is treating existing unitholders fairly as 13/11, they will list additional new shares (Private Placement). So, next quarter the income distribution is only for the period 13/11 to 31/12 with dilution. Hence maybe at best expect another 1.0c.

@SincereStock, yes RM5+RM10, total RM15 need to pay. If holding is small then not worth it. Last time AXREIT absorbed the RM 10 stamp duty for shareholders holding less than certain amount to encourage small shareholders to participate.

Hopefully next QR, AXREIT will announce another round of IDIP again instead of PP. This way retail investors can benefit instead of just Institutional Investors (EPF) to benefit. Last round IDIP was priced at RM 1.70 only!

@Just88, I think that was the whole idea The Lee Family keep SCGM listed. Besides cashing out via capital repayment, they also sold their shares to the new owners at a premium. Should be an exciting new beginning for SCGM (likely to be renamed) shareholders.

Noticed at Subang Parade already upgrading the downlights on the upper floors. Much brighter and according to the technicians there it is a lot more efficient. Also they mentioned they are using only PHILIPS for all their malls as ESG is a major concern for them.

Got a bit of luck and was allocated a small amount of shares in the IPO. Lets see how it performs on Mon.

Solid good QR despite Yongnam and Bukit Kemuning properties being vacant. Recently completed/acquired properties almost made up the difference. When these 2 are tenanted, the distribution income will be way higher!
IDIP is most welcome, just wished that the electable portion can be higher.

Went to Mahkota Parade recently and saw the technicians there changing the lights to PHILIPS PROFESSIONAL LED Lighting. Certain section of the mall (in front of Parkson) is now very bright and according the technician it is also much more efficient, saving even more energy. Not sure how true is this but I do hope it is true as this would mean lower cost = higher profits = more dividends to shareholders.

Private Placement Price is RM 0.5377, wonder what is the minimum size for retail investors to participate. Minimum 1.0M shares?

Near my TP to pick up more. Yummy!

Last FY on Q3 they gave out an unexpected 1sen dividend, this round they gave 2sen. Very good dividend counter!

The Board of Directors of Hektar Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (“The Board”) has recommended
and the Trustee has approved an interim income distribution of 2.70 sen, amounting to

Good solid QR again from ECOWORLD! Thank you for the generous dividend. Started to hold their shares since 2021 May, bought for 0.585. Slightly over 2 years, total dividend is 0.110. DY almost 9%! An underrated counter.
