mmk79 : there is share split of 1 into 2 . After the share split, u r entitled for free warrants 1: 4 @ RM1.00 per piece of conversion price. 
which means , for simplicity, that u need 2 mother shares of Pohuat prior to splitting to get 4 new Pohuat mother shares + 1 free warrants. 
Assume your TP is RM 3.64 ( As mentioned by 8wptmw). 

Therefore, your cost price will be RM (3.64 times 2) plus 1 = RM 8.28 
At the end of the proposals, u will get 4 new mother shares with 1 free warrants = 5 
so 8.28 divided by 5 = 1.66

Guys, use your brain to think logically. Does it mean no rate hike, then all the people happy?? Bull is coming??

US interest has always been near zero rate for a decade. Why they want to keep it so low??

US Federal Reserved always wanted to have rate hike but they foresee the whole world market is doing badly and more so, worst is yet to come. So, even though their US economical data released recently indicated low inflation and low unemployment rate, they still dare not to have rate hike because they know whole world market especially China gonna to face some serious economic slowdown and that would affect the whole world market.

I think it's the ideal timing for FR to raise rate after the release of US economic data.

We also could think that it could be a set of manipulated data to give FR an excuse to raise rate.

Time is ticking. Very soon everything will be cleared.
